F45 Training Calabasas

This is my happy place - I wish I could go 5 days a week. Kenny is so accommodating and supportive. I love the motivation, direction, and good energy I get from the trainers and music. I have tried other gyms with similar formats, but these guys have the right formula for me. Every day is a little different (some workouts tougher than others), and I know I'm going to leave feeling good. This is the first place I've gone to in all my years of belonging to a gym where I said to myself, "I can't wait to go back." You can workout and be anonymous, but generally, the people working out are friendly and it's a nice little community. The best part for me these days is that it's a solid workout in 45 minutes! I've been so slammed with work and kids that I used to sacrifice my workout. But I can commit to 45 minutes to take care of myself. So happy that I found this place!

F45 is a life changer. Kenny has placed a lot of great coaches in the system to really help with the clientele. Jackie, Brandon, Spencer, Malika, and Dante are exceptional trainers. Their expertise and dedication are truly commendable. They have an incredible ability to motivate and inspire their clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals. Their personalized approach ensures that each training session is tailored to the individual, maximizing results. With their wealth of knowledge and passion for fitness, Jackie, Malika, Spencer, Brandon and Dante are undoubtedly top-notch coaches. On the other hand, not ALL of the coaches are as professional, courteous and/or welcoming.

I love the workouts at F45! Every class is different! The workouts are easy to follow. Super fun, effective, and productive. The coaches are friendly and motivating. They push me to do my best! The location is fantastic and the facility is always clean! I highly recommend F45 training at Calabasas!
