Chicos has a great clothing. The sales ladies are very helpful in looking for your best style. The store is well managed and anytime you visit to shop their are new styles and color. Try it out and you will be back for more great styles.

Lots of free and convenient parking. Beautiful displays in store, easy to see merchandise. Wide selection of styles and sizes. Also always has several sale racks with significant discount in the back of the door. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable... Willing to order special sizes or color variations and have them delivered to your home within a day or two.

Chico's is one of the best dress shops to go for classic fashion for women over 30. Their sizing are based on a 1, 2, 3 scale with 1/2 sizes in between. They are known for their vibrant color patterns, gorgeous material, and beautiful accessories such as earrings, necklaces, and belts to complement full outfits. You do pay more for their clothing, but their clothing lasts so much longer than average boutiques. And Chico's offers periodic coupons sent in their flyers that give the client discounts on their advertised clothing line. Definitely, come into one of their many locations. You will see for yourself why people love Chico's stores.

The store is fine, but customer service is not friendly at all. They're not on Rodeo Drive, where one might expect a degree of snobbery. They need to be reminded that customers spend money in their store, and they're representing the place!

Nice clothes overpriced

I was at this store today Saturday and was asking to return a dress I bought. The manager was not polite and made me waiting for over 25 min to process the return. I will never go back to this store.

Worst service ever. The old lady and manager are condescending and rude I'll never let anyone I know shop here again

Calabasa, Ca., Chico's store recording says simply 'please leave your message after the recording'...no business name/no hours/no location information...useless and annoying.

I was in the store today. I will never visit this store again the manager was rude.
