Day & Associates was recommended to me by a friend who moved out of state and they were helped by Steve who they said was great and they trusted. I have had the pleasure of working with Steve while finding my apartment here in Hermosa Beach and he was so great to work with. He was communicative and on my side with working with me to make the move as easy and comfortable as possible. He even went as far as switching refrigerators for me from one unit to another that I ended up leasing. Amazing!!

Throughout the term of my lease, he has always been there when needed and takes my best interest at heart with the property owners. The property is well kept, rent is easily paid, community announcements are made with notice, everything has been smooth! I've normally moved every year when my lease is up and this is the first time I'll be staying because of how well my experience has been.

All of our rental properties are extremely well managed, we have very few months with no renters since he does an excellent job of previewing potential renters. He has handled and made excellent recommendations for properties that we did sell, and also found new properties with excellent returns. He takes care of the maintenance, any items under an agreed to amount by us are taken care of without unnecessary delay., the monthly and yearly reports on properties are well handled and give us a detailed report for income tax purposes.
