Lisa did a great job with a difficult situation. We had a property located in a state over 2800 miles away that had several challenges requiing attention prior to any potential sale. Lisa was able to assist us in finding local contractors for various repairs which allowed for a listing and sale much faster than could have been accomplished with us finding our own qualified repair companies from afar. She also assisted us in setting a fair asking price and held several open houses, which resulted in a quick sale. Lisa is wonderful to work with! Very responsive and flexible, down to earth and easy to talk to. We were looking for land to build on so that would mean a lower cost range (lower commission) so a lot of realtors just don’t want to do land deals because of this, vs selling a home. But Lisa never hesitated, never made us feel less important or a bother to her. Land is selling quickly so being nimble is important, Lisa sent us listings to look at in addition to doing research on parcels we found so we would be well informed. I would definitely work with Lisa again and would recommend her to anyone.

She was absolutely amazing from the very first phone call, to the showing and to when she called and said “ARE YOU SITTING DOWN?!
