I just recently had my first visit with Dr. Carolina Vazquez and it was such a pleasant experience! The staffs are all nice and helpful when giving instructions and scheduling appointments. And Dr. Vazquez was really informative about my health condition and explaining in details on what I should do as next step. I'm glad I chose Dr. Vazquez as my PCP.

Dr. Vazquez is absolutely wonderful. She has been my doctor for over 12 years now and I truly trust her with my life. If you need a doctor who will actually listen to what you're telling them and then treat you accordingly, she's definitely the one. Can't thank my parents enough for telling me about her.

I love and respect Dr. Vasquez...yes I too had minor issues with Liliana and her daughter at one point, I did bring it up to Dr. Vasquez and Liliana....and gradually front office staff warmed up to the fact that I do not have the problem, it is within her BUT..—now I get nice greetings and the feel of animosity is gone.....Dr. Vasquez puts me at an ease to explain any detail of my person with out shame....I love her and her beautiful soul

I called to make an appointment on Monday they didn’t have any openings they do not accept walk ins they do not do tele-health calls referred me to my urgent care. I called Wednesday for an appointment again no appointments till Friday. I get a call from staff member Liliana on Thursday at 2pm to confirm my appointment for Friday I did confirm I would attend. She asked if filled out my paperwork I said no I have not she quickly said she would cancel my appointment due to this matter. I said what time to u close she said 5 I said it’s 2 I still have time to pick up my paperwork she ignored me moved on to asking me which urgent care I attended that’s when I cut her off and I said you need to fix ur attitude you are being really rude she again ignored me and asked about the urgent care once again I said excuse me in order to silence her and I said thank you and answered her question. The process to be able to see the dr is horrible but I will say the MA and Dr. Vasquez were great. The front office needs major improvement and need excessive customer service training as they are very unprofessional and rude.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE A BLACK PATIENT! This doctor seems to think that she knew more than me about my child each time I came to her about a concern regarding my child she would try to make me look stupid like I don’t know anything about my child. She would talk to my baby like I’m doing something wrong to her. Each time I’d call to make an appointment they’d schedule it way out to the end of the month or the next month. The receptionist all have “as a matter of fact” attitudes if you’re Hispanic you won’t have any problems but if you’re a black mother like me find another like minded doctor because this one seems to have an issue with me for no reason I have never given her a reason to treat me as such if I could give this clinic 0 stars I would

Worst customer service! 2bd time calling attempting to make a 1st time visit. 1st time was last month after being discharge from ED and asked to get a follow-up with PCP front desk perdón was so rude and unprofessional I asked for help and she turned me down. Second attempt she wanted me to do her job and tell her what my insurance plan and what not, when I said I don't know I can give you my BIC # she placed me on hold for 10 minand never came back to the line when eligibility takes 2 seconds to get it done on the MC portal.

Receptionist VERY RUDE. Not helpful whatsoever, doesn't care for any questions or concerns. My issue was urgent and I asked her nicely and briefly explain my situation. No sympathy or compassion AT ALL. Her excuse was "doctor isn't here". She then told me the doctor will come in at 6 pm but the office closes at 5:30pm? Then, I decided to patiently wait.
After waiting a long period of time, doctor finally responded.

After this, decided to change my primary doctor. Need someone who a bit reliable and staff that is helpful and conservative.

Dr. Vasquez misdiagnosed my father for an entire year. Once we switched doctors we instantly found out he had cancer. I wonder what would have happened had we switched doctors earlier. I am extremely disappointed by her. Plus, her staff, aka her sister, is rude! And their office is ALWAYS closed like I don’t understand why they open for like 2 hours. Anyway, leaving a review so y’all dont go here. You’re welcome.

Be AWARE OF MAIN RECEPTIONIST. SHE’S CRUEL.

My grandmother has been through extreme hostile experiences with this doctor office when she calls to ask questions for her urgent surgery. Months of BS!

At this point there is retaliation towards my grandma who is now fearful to even call. The main receptionist is MOST likely the Dr’s sister. They look exactly alike.

She doesn’t let you speak, she raises her voice and bully’s elderly people on the phone. My grandma is in need of immediate surgery & it’s unfortunate that it’s been so difficult for my grandma.

My grandma has repeatedly requested to speak directly with her doctor & this receptionist makes it a point to state shes not allowed to speak her own doctor. I’m sure this is illegal! This bullying and power tripping. Who does this lady think she is???

On multiple occasions she told my grandma quote “Only receptionist have the authority to reply messages to the doctor & you’re not allowed to speak to her.”

Please read my Yelp review as it is detailed with the poor service that this office's staff provided. extremely RUDE and unprofessional as they don’t know how to speak to people who genuinely need help with questions especially the elderly. Please think twice abound walking into this place. I’ve heard the doctor is pretty nice but the staff definitely needs a complete rebuild even if they are family.

As soon as I walked at the office and told a rude receptionist that I was there for my daughter's appt she asked me how old my daughter was. I told her she was 12mo & 1 day old. She told me that the dr does not accept patients this young. The insurance company we have is obviously not aware of that since that appointed this doctor as my baby's dr. Then she asked me what I was there for, I said we were there for her shots & her 12 mo physical. She then told me that they don't have vaccines anyway. I told her that I set up appt a week before that, whoever I talked to on the phone asked me about my daughter's age & purpose of the visit and the kind of insurance we have AND had no problems scheduling appt. Receptionist told me: "I don't know who you spoke with, it could have been anyone". So I asked how many people answer the phone and set up appts. Guess what she said - 2 people! So if it wasn't her, it only could've been - guess who - the DOCTOR herself. SO, the doctor knew what age my daughter was and didn't mention that they don't accept patients this young and she knew that she was there for her shots and didn't say that they had no vaccines. Well, then the receptionist asked me what insurance we have. I told her we have private insurance. She said: "Oh well, we only have vaccines for medi cal patients". Oh, and by the way, the reason why they had no vaccines in stock was because they used them all up for before school vaccination. Mind you that it's mid October and school started over a month and a half ago! When I asked if they could used medi cal vaccines and re-stock them with the other vaccines they will get later she told me no, because (this is the scary part) medi cal vaccines are a totally different set of vaccines that comes prepackages from the state and cannot be used on any other patients but medi-cal.. Wait? What? NO, literally - the vaccines for medi-cal patients, according to this dr's office are different - different vaccines, different package, different everything! WTF! Well, I checked with CDC and another doctor's office - wht they told me is a lie. ALL vaccines come from the one place, regardless which insurance provider will be paying for them! I asked to speak with the dr. She told me THE EXACT same thing, including the story about vaccines! DO NOT EVER USE THIS DOCTOR's OFFICE! It seemed that they simply didn't want t provide me with service, and that's fine, they should've said that, not come up with one excuse after another! Both, doctor & her receptionist, very rude, never apologized (forget that I took half a day off work!). Doctor looked very mean, not friendly at all!

Wow, no stars if possible I am calling to make a appointment and the receptionist is like no you can't make a appointment. This is for my father that requires help, not only does he have a PPO insurance. Dr. Vazquez you will not ever be able to over achieve when you have negative staff assisting you. Not only that I have been to that office before and always closed.
