Walgreens Pharmacy

Needed a prescription while traveling and worked well with my Doctor. Also saved me a ton of money on my prescriptions when I asked about RX discounts.

I think his name was William (I am terrible at names) but he was very nice and took the time to go check the mail to see if a photo order had been received. It wasn’t there yet but he made sure to leave a note for the main photo lady to look into it and give me a call. He did all that he could to help me and I very much appreciate it! I want to thank him, and I hope you thank him too management! He did go the extra mile! 😀

The Dr I saw sent my Rx to Walgreens on Bluff/Blvd **NOT THIS STORE**, because it showed online the pharmacy was open until 10. So I ran over there, got there at 9:10. I walked up to the pharmacy (as they were checking out a customer) and they said, "ma'am we are closed, he is our last customer" I explained that my Dr office is now closed and they sent the Rx over here because it said online they are open. I told them I really need the Rx for my baby. They said, "sorry we close at 9 and it's now 9:15" and they closed the window garage door in my face! I was furious!

I came to this Walgreens and explained what happened and asked if they could transfer the Rx to this location. The guy that helped me was very kind, he apologized for the behavior of the employees at the other store. He got my Rx right away. I will ONLY come to this Walgreens!

I have definitely had some not-so-great experiences with employees over the years at this location, but my last visit today was very pleasant! I had to get my passport photo taken and the employee was so kind and talked to me about my trip. He was extremely friendly and made my day much better. The staff at the pharmacy is always so kind as well!

Today 10/4/19 (around 10 am), I was able to talk to the pharmacist about a mix up on my meds yesterday. Instead of making me feel like a pill Seeker or anything remotely, he asked me to came in with my bottle and helped me full the full months worth that should have been filled at first. I cant tell you how much I appealing like a real person and being treated with respect. For thank I thank you form the bottom of my heart.
And to all the pharmacy- technicians that have ALWAYS made me feel like a person instead of a paycheck or drug addict, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I recommend this Walgreens to more people then you know, with the knowledge that they will be treated like a human. Thank you, you are all simply amazing.

I personally feel that the people that work this pharmacy are some of the kindest, most professional staff that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I ALWAYS feel as though they truly care about me and my family. I love the ability to use the refill scan with their Android app or to be able to order online.

I visit my parents here in town from out of state often. Being able to transfer my prescriptions here as needed is very helpful. This Pharmacy is always courteous and quick, especially Ahmed today. Thank you
