GlenMark Self Storage (South)

I had my things stored with GlenMark self storage (south) for 14 years. Any dealings I had with the office were always very positive. My items that were stored were in excellent condition. No water damage,negligible dust much less than I would expect. No cobwebs no bugs of any sort. Papers and books had no "old" stored smell. I would recommend this business very highly.

Easy setup over the phone with nice customer service. The facility is clean and we had no issues with rodents. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We really felt safe storing our things here. Shout out to Eric he made things easy peasy.

Small town feels.. I just emptied my storage until after 3 years of being with Glenmark and I can honestly say I will miss chatting with Eric monthly when I called to pay my bill, he is always very polite and welcoming! Never once had any issues the whole time I stored with this company. Very sweet people, you don't get great customer service like that nowadays and it is SO refreshing. I highly recommend Glenmark Storage!!

I rented a storage unit with climate control for 6 months. The place is secure and clean. Some minor things I asked Eric to fix were repaired immediately (door that leads to the storage units, and light) and he was very helpful at all times. The price is fairly as well.

The time that I stored furniture and personal items at GlenMark was a very positive experience. The staff, particularly Eric, were very helpful in all aspects of the storage experience. The storage unit I had was very clean, dry, and accessible for the moving trucks that we used.

We have used GlenMark 3 different times in 11 years. It has been great. No issues. Understanding staff. Convenient and safe location. Units dry and appropriate sizes. We appreciate the ease of access and payment options.

I kept my stuff at the GlenMark storage south facility over the past year and it was perfect. The manger is very polite and made me feel comfortable about trusting them to safeguard my precious items. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who has stuff that needs to be stored.

I got a clean, weather-conditioned unit I was able to move into immediately. I had easy (and safe) access to my belongings throughout. Staff was helpful with my needs moving in and moving out. Very happy with entire experience.

Our family resently moved to Willits and needed storage for our vintage Shasta trailer. Glenmark had storage available and had ampel room to park the trailer. We have had great communications with the office management and have felt the trailer has been safe and secure for the last 9 months.

We have resently closed our account and moved our trailer to our property. The office has been very responsive and timely in closing our account and refunding our partial monthly payment.

GlennMark Storage got us into a unit quickly, provided wonderful security, and competently described the 'move-out' process. The nicest touch was how quickly staff learned our names and had our account up before we even reached the service desk. Great job, Guys!

I found myself needing a large storage unit short notice and Eric at Glenmark Storage South was very helpful, the storage unit was available immediately and the size he recommended was adequate. The storage facility is safe, secure, clean and dry.

GlenMark Storage is a clean, well lit, and secure place for storage. I was impressed from how easy and efficient it is to rent at front desk to how simple it was to use gate code.

This place has the best customer service I've ever dealt with at any storage facility ever. If you live near or close to willits and you need storage make the right choice and go with glenmark. If you forget to pay your bill they will always call you prior to the date you would receive A late fee . So you'll never have one.

Very secure and climate controlled if you want your belongings safe and not have to worry about them, then glen mark storage is the place to rent, its totally anti theft the manager eric is an awesome person pricy but worth it youll know your items are safe and sound

This place is awesome, we had stuff stored there for 2 years and we lived out of state, stuff always helped us when we need family to get in the storage for us. Highly recommend!

After many years, my only complaint is that there isnt a lot of room to manuever, and people can sometimes block units and the driveways. Aside from that, this facility is very well taken care of and the management and staff are very friendly and run a fair business. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
