Grocery Outlet

I used to hate shopping here, but with inflation and the ridiculous prices at Safeway I sucked it up and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are awesome and their customer service is superior. I recently purchased giftcards at another location and there was issues with activating them, I spoke with the manager here, Ryan and he went above and beyond to get the situation handled even though it had nothing to do with him or his store. If you're someone that tried shopping here years ago and weren't a fan, I highly recommend giving them another shot. They've made a lot of improvements.

All the workers really were working hard and still had the time to help when asked for assistance. Very pleased.

Great prices on all sorts of groceries. I found everything that I was looking for. The inventory isn't always the same so if you find something that you like, buy a few. Of course like everywhere else, the price of butter bacon and bread has gone up. The people there are always very helpful.

One of the first things you notice at the Outlet store in Willits is there is room for two carts to pass in isles unlike the Safeway. Wider aisle better prices easy access to the check stands. Way better place to shop than Safeway.

The store is clean and organized with one of the best organic sections at the best price anywhere in town. Surprisingly the staff is helpful, and also knowledgeable about their stock. This is perhaps the best place to shop to save money close to the freeway easily accessible, and has plenty of parking.

It's close Christmas, there are lots of great STOCKING STUFFERS here right now! And the produce quality has improved!

The staff is super friendly and the store is kept up well. Fun place to find good deals and interesting finds. Just be careful you don't end up with 10 ketchup bottles just because "they were only $.25 each."

Shop here first and you'll save a lot! Shop slowly to find more great bargains on all kinds of things!

They have way better price than anywhere else.. an u don't have to wait in line very long, unlike other stores. Helpful staff an good customer service 👍

Cashiers Shila and Justice are some of the sweetest people. I was intimidated at first and wouldn't go in with my boyfriend because they're younger and cuter than me 😹 But, after working with them it's impossible to have any petty negative feelings toward them because they're so kind and helpful!

Best GO I've ever visited. Large and clean it feels like a comprehensive supermarket instead of the 'Ross dress for less' of groceries.
