I love my Bank 🏦
But I wish they didn't close the drive through teller window

I worked with a banker by the name of Nicole Adams, she has been patient and understanding with my father and our family. My father was a victim of fraud and she made this very easy for him. I would recommend if you have any banking needs you should see her!!

Love this branch of tellers and bankers

They have the most friendliest staff. Ignore any bad comments, they are given by stupid who don't know anything about how a real ban operates.

It is beyond me why i need to make an appointment come 2 hrs later to make a wire transfer. There are 4 bankers sitting and 2 customers in the entire bank. Wells Fargo is the absolute worst bank. They have terrible service and borderline criminal practices. I am so over this bull... after 13 years of banking here i can tell you bank anywhere but here

Went in for some changes to my account and got nothing but excuses. This girl should not represent any company. Tempted to remove all my accounts. Still might

I had worst experience at this location today. It’s 10/06/2022 I got there around 11:30am manager was at the window the bald guy, I asked very politely sir whenever you get chance I need your assistance. He responded back to me very rude way. I don’t know about others but it was not acceptable for me. Staff is nice always polite. I own 2 gas stations and both of them with Wells Fargo and top of that I pay fee to Wells Fargo for the services. If you are having a bad day don’t come to work. He called the cops on me and asked me to leave. I am depositing in almost $150,000 to bank every month from my both business accounts and this is how are getting treated. Wells Fargo thank you for that. A manager means he should be able to manage the situation not escalating it. It’s time to move to next bank I guess.

I got here at 10:30 this morning the bank hours says that it is open, it is not open me and serval other people have been disappointed about the false hour schedule.

Apparently you have to tell the tellers how to do their job at this location. Told them to cash my check then deposit it into my account so there wouldn't be a hold, and shockey, they didn't do it right and I proceeded to have transactions bounce at a coffee stand. I called them barely an hour after I was inside their branch and they told me there was nothing that they could do, despite there teller not doing his job, I'm the one who now is having Bill's bounce. Thank you sir, for not doing what you get paid to do. 👍
