We are sad to leave the best Vet and staff behind when we moved. Dr. Jacobs was our vet like 30 years, we never had any issues with him or his staff. They are the most kind and caring people. Thank you for helping us through all our pets wellness and sickness’s over the year. You’re the Best😊 Bella and Marcus are enjoying their new home.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, nice staff. Place felt safe to leave our kitten for observation. Dr Jacob & stuff explained all the treatments options as well as answered our questions. Our animals really like it there as well!

This time it was our another cat well taken care of by the employees of Willits Animal Hospital. They have put immediate attention & care in order to conduct needed procedures. It was pretty difficult and urgent case that has succeeded thanks to the professionalism of the staff our kitten was saved!!! We are so very forever grateful 🤍

Traveling from out of town and needed to have our Frenchies seen for ear issues. Wonderful staff and doctor. We were able to get a same day appointment. I would highly remember this office for any pet.

Got us in quick and was very thorough. Blood work results in 20 minutes. Friendly staff. Vet explained clearly and was compassionate. Gave us an estimate before everything and pretty affordable too.

Both vets are knowledgeable & professional. The office is always clean. The ladies in the office are very friendly, attentive, helpful and treat my dog with love. Couldnt ask for a better animal hospital.

Everyone is super nice over there, specially Elizabeth and Dana. They are very professional, respectfull, caring and they know all the latest trends on haircuts. I've been a customer for over 20 years, and I will continue going for another 20.

I have been going to Dr Jacob's all my life and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! The staff is wonderful and always make you feel good walking in the door.

Love this place and would definitely recommend. I've only been twice but both times were great. The vet assistant, Katie is amazing. She is so sweet and comforting and you can tell she truly loves what she does and both of my dogs loved her. I'm so happy I decided to come here after my less than ideal experience at another local vet.

Knowledgeable & straight shooting vet from my experiences in the 90's (Boston Terrier with heart valve problem). Recently went back, new pet, good to get her established in case a medical need arises. I was pretty blown away by how skilled the vet tech was. I agree with other reviews that state Dr. Jacobs has surrounded himself with good staff.

Very good doctors and staff. They all obviously care greatly for animals.
We just made our yearly check up and vaccines for all three of our furry family (1 dog and 2 cats) our dog especially loves the staff.

Beyond impressed with their compassion and service. We were camping in Albion when my dog punctured her foot and it would not stop bleeding. Out of all the local vets we called, they were they only that would take a new patient and able to see us that day. They were wonderful with Maisie and the service was top notch. I was very grateful to not have to drive 4 hours home to see our local vet.

Dr Jacobs and the staff that he has put around him are all incredible. Everyone is very personable and helpful. I think my dog actually likes his vet visits! When they see my dog it's like reuniting with some old friends. Everyone has to say hi and give pets! No wonder he doesn't mind going!

Got my dog in right away. tried safe remedy before using a bunch of others. One thing at a time. Dog had skin infection and Dr. Jacob put him on antibiotics instead of shampoo which didn't work and drove dog and me crazy from previous vet.

These people are amazing! The staff is very friendly, and the vet is great about explaining everything clearly, making sure I fully understand the care they are giving. I am so glad I found this place, I wouldn't think about going elsewhere.

I have three animals, a crazy dog and two cats. The staff is kind and helpful and the doctors are professional. They are also quick to get my animals in if there is an emergency. My larger cat tends to be moody with strangers and she didnt mind the doctor or the assistant which was surprising. I plan on continuing to use their services for my animals.

Dr Jacobs and his crew have been looking after my dogs for over 20 years. He has been there for them all from puppy-hood to the last moments. His care and compassion for my fuzzy kids has been consistent, professional and very appreciated.

Recently my large, elderly dog upon waking couldn't get up. It was obvious he was in distress. Although my boy was not a patient at Willits Animal Hospital, they said to bring him down. They came out to the car and were so amazing. I will forever be grateful! Thank you!

Doctors are awesome. Friendly staff, they're friendly and very caring to all the pets that come. Staff has great knowledge of the pets that come in.
The LOVE they give to not only your pet but to you too is worth the world to me.
