Beautiful views. We ate in the private dining room so a rehearsal dinner. The burger was average but the pasta dish was outstanding. There was a handful of gluten free options l. I had the gluten free chocolate torte and the banana split.

The halibut was cooked to perfection and that strawberry shortcake dessert, was the perfect amount of sweetness. This place is unforgettable for me. I loved the service we received. The inside is spacious yet intimate, fresh and clean. The bar is beautiful. And the outside dining is breathtaking. Hard not to compare any other restaurants to theirs Halibut- they’ve set my standard. I cannot wait to come back.

This needs to be on your itinerary if you are in Napa. The food is of such high quality… especially the halibut that was cooked to perfection. Prime rib was executed really well too. It’s great when you have good company and excellent food 👍

Went here for lunch with my parents on a Saturday. It's pretty crowded at lunch time so try making a reservation if possible. We tried the truffle and mushroom risotto and it was delicious. There is outdoor seating as well but expansive views of the vineyard. There is parking available but slow down on the freeway to find the restaurant.

One of a kind dining experience in Napa. I highly recommend dining out or stepping outside and look at the garden where most of the food cooked comes from. The view of the garden and vineyard just accentuates the freshness of the meal.
The chef really knows her/his seafood prep. The Halibut plate was incredible. The freshness, the lobster broth, the crab bites, the perfect temp and crispiness of the halibut, so delicious and fresh, reminds you that the ocean is indeed few miles away and just what you expect when the Culinary Institute of America is next door. Do not hesitate to ask them the best wine that pairs with your food. They nailed mine 100%. The crab cakes were always a huge success.

We had the prime rib omelette. It was a daily special and not on the menu, but it was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the Brie cheese was delectable! They are dog friendly for both inside and outside dining. The staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely put this on the agenda for our next trip. A big shout out to our server Maria who took fantastic care of us!

Been here a few times, let it be dinner or just cocktails at the bar or garden… it’s a dreamy place. The food is exceptional but the jewel of this place is the garden. My favorite is grabbing cocktails at the bar then going outside to enjoy views of flowers, birds and the vineyard. There is tons of sitting to either dine outdoors or lounge. As a tip, I would recommend ignoring the snobbery you “might” encounter when you walk in depending on the host. The witty very well dressed female is very friendly, the middle aged sour man not so much. Don’t let that ruin it for you, after all it’s Napa and a fair share of snobbishness is to be expected (sad but true). The bartenders, servers and rest of the staff are very pleasant. Regardless, love this place so much giving it 5 stars and opting to ignore the rude behavior.

Gorgeous space, we came on a Sunday, around 10:30, brought our dog and she was so welcome, we chose to sit on the patio. They have these amazing heaters so even if it was super cold they have you covered, amazing views of the vineyard, and the staff are amazing!! The food is fantastic we got the omelet of the day which had prime rib and brie cheese 🥰 love this place and recommend a stop when you have time! The food is super amazing and FAST!! Definitely will visit again!!

This was our favorite place to eat in Napa! The ambiance, food and dessert was amazing. We shared the deep fried green beans, the Heirloom tomato salad, the banana split and strawberry short cake. I had the carbonara which was amazing!

Dropped in without a reservation for dinner and we sat at the bar which provided the same menu. Nice, friendly service with a bright atmosphere. Soup of coconut, lemongrass, mushroom was tasty, fried chicken had a side of Brussels sprouts, tagliatelle plate was large, scallops were a hit for our group with burrata and cauliflower starters.

Good food in a beautiful setting, inside restaurant is nice but it really shines on the patio overlooking the garden. Ravioli short rib is a good choice.

Decade apart but same excellent experience!
This is how you know a place is consistently great. Had a fabulous experience decade ago dining at the outside patio, meandering the gardens with my sisters. Returning and enjoying it again with same quality, service, and delight is what a 5 star place is made of. Beautiful contemporary interior is clean and inviting. Beautiful bar area is great to belly up to. The outside herb garden and access to vineyard is the cherry on top. And guess what - they encourage you to grab your drink and get out there to enjoy the garden! There is a parking lot next to it so parking is easy. The outdoor seating is great but love their indoor just as much. So you can’t go wrong with this place - go - sip, eat, meander the garden! Enjoy!

Loved this place! The gardens were beautiful, the food was excellent, and Carlos was an exceptionally talented musician killing it with the live music. The short rib ravioli were excellent and we couldn’t stop ordering desert because each one we saw someone else order liked so good.

Highly recommend to do booking, and avoid walk ins! They get booked pretty quickly it seems!

We were there as a group and had an amazing table in the gardens. Food, drinks, atomosphere and service were amazing.

Went for my birthday.. although it was raining heavily, the warm and inviting atmosphere made for a perfect birthday lunch. The food was superb as was the presentation. The wait staff was attentive without being over bearing. I love this place

A very fun and energetic restaurant with a great bar. The service was excellent. Our waiter was pulled away to handle a difficult table so another server stepped right in and made sure we were taken care of. The appetizers were tremendous, the entrees outstanding and desserts out of this world. Everything was portioned nicely. We would return.

Hats off to Brix staff/management for cutting off a table that was obnoxiously drunk and loud causing discomfort for surrounding tables!

Incredible ambiance and the food was fantastic! Brix has been one of our favorite restaurants in Napa for years but they have been closed for remodeling the past few times we have been in town. We were thrilled to visit to see the improvements and we were not disappointed. Our table was located right new the fire but they also have a great outdoor patio with strung lights. We started with the potstickers. I got the scallops as my entree and they were cooked perfectly! We finished with decaf cappuccino and a chocolate torte that was to die for. They do require a credit card for reservations and I would highly recommend making a reservation well in advance. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

My friends and I shared a handful of appetizers and mains family style and found EVERYTHING to be super-delicious!

Pros:

- Quality / freshness / tastiness of food
- Friendly and informed servers
- They gave my friend a special birthday dessert :)
- Lovely outdoor seating in a garden environment
- Convenient & free parking

Cons
- Somewhat pricey, particularly for somewhat modest portions (and small'ish cocktails at $16 + tax + tip? Ouch.)
- Server could have been slightly more attentive

Would love to see Brix go tip-free / service-included like many other fine-dining places have done!

My partner and I wanted to dine in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and this restaurant served just the right vibe and spirit. The majestic garden and incredible outdoor patio were truly above its class. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service and they showed courtesy and respect which exceeded our expectations. The food was delectable and sumptuous. The coconut soup we started with was novel and unique. The Baby Beet Salad was bursting with freshness and flavor. The Butter Lettuce Salad, according to my partner, was plain yet refreshing. We shared the Caramelized Sea Scallops which provided just the right amount of contrast with our Wood Grilled Prime Ribeye. The steaks were grilled to perfection and sealed our dining experience. The best thing about this place is them being dog-friendly and even providing a refreshment bowl for our baby dog. The ambience and dining experience were high points leaving us with the desire to come back for more. This truly is an amazing and magical place that is beyond compare.
