Found a screw in my front tire on Saturday afternoon. Then found the most professional and friendliest shop to help me. They stopped what they were doing. Removed, repaired, and replaced my tire in 15 to 20 minutes while we stood in the shade. Great service at a fair price. If I lived closer they would be my "go too" shop.
Can't thank you enough.

These guys are awesome! I had a shard of metal stuck in my tire and needed it fixed on a Saturday because it was constantly leaking air. I drove up to the place. They were not supposed to be open but a couple of guys were there, and one of them took care of it, even though he could refuse service since these were not their usual business hours! Can't say enough good things about this place!

We broke down outside of Lovelock, NV in our pickup and travel-trailer. Mike, I believe it was, was super helpful and professional. He hauled us to a Lovelock garage and when they were unable to fix the truck, hauled us to his office. When AAA couldnt send anyone from Reno, he hauled the truck and trailer back to Reno to a reputable garage there and then towed us and our trailer to an RV park nearby. He made an awful experience much better.

Thank you for taking time in your busy day to check our brakes while we were on vacation. We had a heavy loaded truck and started to overheat the brakes, so we were worried to go another 4 hours with all that weight and the kids. You helped us to say that we were actually good and didnt need new pads as we thought, which was spot on. We were able to feel safe and do the next leg of our journey and then go home, without the extra of a brake change.

Super friendly and helpful! Stopped in for a tire pressure check on my RV and they squeezed me in on short notice. Would definitely come back again.

Dirk is awesome! I brought in my 96 Dodge Ram for a smog and had some issues with monitors not being reset for the Catalytic Converter and my O2 sensor. His staff gave me instructions on how to run the drive cycle to clear the codes. They could have smogged it and failed it, but they helped me get it fixed and allowed me to come back multiple times at no cost. I could have wasted hundreds of dollars but they helped me. I would highly recommend!

The family and I had come south from Eureka to ride the skunk train. Last minute, we decided to head to Fort Bragg and visit glass beach. The trip was going great until we made the turn onto Main St and the transmission on our Excursion went out. We spent the night and called AAA for a tow the following morning. They sent out Mendocino towing who was on site within 45 minutes. The driver was a young man named Raymond who was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me his cell number and called me when he got to our house in Eureka. He was even able to drop a large SUV in the perfect spot of a tight driveway that already had a second truck there. I would highly recommend this company and especially the driver. He made a very rough experience much easier. Thank you.

Our van broke down on a coast road trip and Kevin showed up to save the day. His positivity kept our spirits up in a hard situation. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do make sure to call Mendocino towing!!!!

Dirk, Emilio and the Mendocino Auto & Towing Co. team went above and beyond to help us out when we were in a tough spot. After an unexpected alternator failure on Hwy 1, we were stranded outside Fort Bragg in the cold rain in our 40’ motorhome. Even when they didn’t have the proper equipment to tow a vehicle that size or the time in their schedule to deal with us, Dirk came out to help get us into town and made the schedule work for us. The team worked together to diagnose the issue, order a part and replace it all within 24 hrs on New Year’s Eve nonetheless. We seriously can’t say enough about how much heart are in the people that make up this business!

On a long road trip our Prius was making unnerving noises. Even showing up without an appointment at 8 a.m. Within minutes without even having to raise it up, Guillermo was able to diagnose the issue and reassure us it'd be able to make it back home easily. Also the only shop in that was open on a Saturday.

Dirk is the best mechanic in town hopefully you don't have to pull your car out of impound but he runs that too he's Fair

Brakes on our 19 year old 33' motorhome went out after coming over the mountains from Clearlake. Scary!! Dirk squeezed us in and they replaced the master cylinder. Brakes work great and we're able to continue on our 5 week tour of the Mendocino coast without interruption. Thanks to Dirk and his staff for the great work.

These guys are great! Ray has been helpful more than once. Full of helpful advice. Shows up sooner that AAA says they will. Helps calm you down. Very knowledgeable.
