Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Nathan Brunner with Roto Rooter came out to fix clogged drain. Upstairs bath tub was draining into kitchen sink. He had serviced this same issue about 6.5 months ago and gave me a 6 month warranty; although I was a bit past that 6 months he honored it anyway when he didn’t have to and also left me some enzymes for my sink.very nice gentleman with a kind heart! He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Arrived in a timely manner and was very proficient. Answered any questions I had and was patient. I would 100% recommend Nathan with RR.

I highly recommend Roto Rooter Seattle. When coming to my home they were fast to respond, courteous, professional, and efficient. I had a big systemic sewage back up two days before Thanksgiving, with sewage in both toilets, shower, and tub. What a mess and it was 3pm in the afternoon! Yikes! The team was at my house by 4:30 and all problems were cleared by early evening. Many thanks to Colin and his coworker and to Craig who handled the camera verification! I am a very satisfied customer!

Geovanni did an excellent job. He used the camera to show me every foot of our drainage system, validating all the work that needed to be done. He cleaned our sewage drain and made me aware of additional work that will need attention in the future. He was knowledgeable, responsible, experienced and very personable.

My overall experience was excellent. The dispatchers were helpful and courteous and the technician as professional as any plumber I have used my issue was resolved the same day I called. Everything scheduled and completed within 5 hours start to finish

I had an issue with an overflowing toilet. Not fun. I cut the water to halt further challenges, threw down field to catch the overflow that had already occurred, and called these guys for help. They sent someone within the hour, and the technician fixed my backup issue same day. Everything works great, they even helped me dispose of unsanitary materials safely. All i had to do was mop my floor. No sweat there.

We arrived home from our vacation and heard a hissing sound and a water trail coming from the water heater in the garage. After a quick assessment I decided to call a plumbing company. A quick Google search brought me to Roto-Rooter with their many decades of being in the business. The call to their office was efficient and in about an hour their technician Sam Leonte was at our doorstep. He found the source of the leak quickly which was a crack at the top of the heater. Of course this meant it needed to be replaced. The estimate was way more than I had expected but Sam explained that he'll be replacing every component to prevent having to do so in the future. This included shut-off valves for water and gas, expansion tank, stainless steel water lines and hardware and replacing corroded galvanized pipes with brass ones and re-routing the gas pipe which was run right in front of the heater. While I was hesitant about spending so much, I felt it was money well spent as I now have peace of mind that I won't have to worry about this for another 10 years. Sam takes great pride in his work as I watched him from start to finish. I will be letting our neighbors know about Sam's professionalism as their water heaters will most likely be on the verge of failure in the near future. Thank you Roto-Rooter and Sam Leonte!

During the holidays I had an emergency, clogged gutter downspout and turns out in-ground gutter drain system failure. Darkim and Isaiah came out to not only diagnose but solve my problem and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the process. Definitely would recommend again!

Nathan and his associate came to unclog a kitchen/utility drain. They were friendly and professional, answering my many questions and helped me to better understand how to avoid future clogging. He also gave me the needed discount.

Giovani is the hardest working guy in the business. He fixed the primary problem and had time left so wanted to look at another issue on the property that we thought would require line replacement. He removed a stubborn root mass which totally cleared the line. His camera revealed that the line is still serviceable saving a bunch of money and digging up the yard. I give him my highest rating.

Called for an emergency drain issue and someone was at my house within the hour. Joseph was the technician and couldn’t have been more helpful and professional, plus gave me tons of tips for maintaining a good system. They also pointed me toward a significant discount coupon they were offering. 10/10 would recommend.

Gio came out to service us first thing in the morning after our issue. The issue had sounded like a main line problem backing up into our house. Gio explained why he chose each method he used and provided helpful suggestions to help keep cost lower in the future. The issue turned out to be roots growing at the property line and out to the street. He looked into responsibility for us and had someone come out to check flood damage in the bathroom. Gio was very nice and knowledgeable and willing to explain his process. Overall a positive experience despite the obvious cost which is never fun. Highly recommend Gio and the company. Thank you.

These guys did a great job, first doing an emergency repair, then replacing our water heater. Tech was intelligent and easy to work with. Only complaint is the $1200 in labor charged for 3-4 hours of work. Seems insane to me. I got into the wrong line of work…

Highly recommended! Gio our technician came out on a Saturday and went way above and beyond to get our sewer drains working again, including showing me how to pull the filter on the septic and how the clean out worked. Super friendly, super professional and arrived early even!
