Oceanside Inn & Suites, a Days Inn by Wyndham

I had always dreamed of visiting Glass Beach, and the Oceanside Inn was the perfect location- right across the street! Our room was very large and affordable, a real bargain for our family of 5. The inn was nice and quiet and staff was friendly. I was most impressed by their excellent customer service- we accidentally left behind my 3-year-old daughter's bag, with her clothes and treasured stuffed animal in it! We called the hotel staff and they promptly mailed the bag all the way back to Oregon for us. That was above and beyond what I could have hoped, we were so grateful and can't wait to visit Glass Beach and the Oceanside Inn again someday!

The room was a bit small. If you have extra bags or a stroller. The room over all was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.

Location was great, close to the beach and Skunk Train. Stayed overnight so we can explore Fort Bragg. Room was very spacious and clean, smelled good too! Service was great. We had a problem turning on the TV but guest service was very helpful. We stayed when it was around 55deg and the small heater inside the room did its job. Great experience. Would stay here again. The motel was clean and newly renovated. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was very quiet at night and their breakfast was amazing! We will be back again very soon.

Best hotel in the area. Best in the area for the money. Manager is nice, not so much at other hotels in the area.

Comfortable beds, convenient location. Large suite with a mini refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette with oven/stove but no dishes (please note this was not advertised as having these amenities) It looks like it was just installed. Quiet place, easy check in. CLEAN ROOMS!

great price and the guy at the front desk was so nice. no ocean views other than the bathroom window but a five minute walk to glass beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. the decor and bedding was super outdated but something that’s to be expected on a road trip lol. overall had a great experience and would book again

Decent motel at a decent price. Friendly receptionist and gave me a free upgrade. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and tidy. Toilet didn't work so I fixed it without calling staff.
Beds are extremely firm, so if you like that, you'll like the beds. Mini fridge and microwave in room, which is nice. Wall furnace for heat, no AC, which really isn't an issue here on the coast.
Nice, central location. Easy to find.
Over all a nice place, particularly considering it was about half the price of everything else around.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep, shower, and store your meals during your adventures, look no further! This place is affordable, has all the essentials (including free ice!), and it's literal footsteps away from Denny's and the beach! And the service is also quite nice. I left my car's lights on one night, and they recognized whose care it was, and called me to let me know! I can't speak highly enough of the value you're getting here!

After reading the negative reviews I was concerned about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The room does not smell and while being dated is in great shape. The beds are comfortable. There is now coffee pot in the room, so if you are staying for an early charter this is something to consider. It is very close to food and Glass beach.

You get what you pay for, and for the price, this was a great stay.
Room was very clean, and had a microwave & fridge. A simple breakfast is included. The heater was broken but a portable unit was provided and worked plenty well to keep us warm on a cool October night.

Despite some of the reviews we loved this motel! The stafff was uber friendly and was working on renovating their recent purchase. They had snacks and Continental breakfast. The location was perfect. The room we had was 2 separate rooms so the kids loved it. We found our room to be very clean and didn't mind the beds. There was ample parking. I thought the value for the price was incredible. While there, I suggest you check out the nearby restaurant Sea Pal Cove, the beach, and Lighthouse. We will be returning to stay every year.

Rooms were dated decor, but not broken down. The room was very clean. We stayed there because I discovered I accidentally booked another room a week from then. Check your dates! Expensive, but satisfied. Do check out the hotel finder on the front desk.

Overall a good value. Basic accommodations with friendly and accommodating staff at great prices. Dated but very clean and well kept. Big rooms with basic but comfortable beds. The glass beach and ocean is a bit of a hike but there is adequate parking and worth the effort.

Read the reviews but booked anyways. Glad I did. We were super happy with everything. Even tho the fridge didn't work. Closest motel to Glass Beach so we walked. Now I believe the saying " Don't always believe what you read "...

I love this place Front lady desk was very helpful. I like it know that its under new owners. My toilet seat broke and the gentleman was very polite to fix it. I love the new lobby now that they took all the gold color out. I came from Oroville for family fun and love the place especially the big tree trunk in the photo i took. Also I love the Lady's Southern accent.
