Small food and bar set-up with a welcoming ambiance that is improved through helpful and attentive staff and delicious food.

These are some of the best burgers I have ever had, you have to come try them.

We were trying to eat at a different restaurant in town on Friday night and it was too busy. We came here and it was basically empty. We thought since it was in the lobby of a hotel, that it wouldn't be good. We were completely surprised! The burgers were awesome and big! The fries were crispy and the sweet potato fries were sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. The kids loved their grilled cheese and the kids meals come with ice cream! This is an absolute hidden gem in St George! Definitely recommend!

My kids raved about their mac n cheese kids meals here. My husband ordered the Ruben and I got a burger. They don’t have a gluten free bun but they can do a lettuce wrap. The fries are not GF.

I got the BT Boss and my wife got the On the Border. Both were delicious. Excellent burgers and unique presentation of the food on little cookie sheets with the fries spilling out of the container. Our server was great and kept our glasses full and made sure everything was to our liking.

I was hoping for a Fudrucker experience, which it wasn’t, however I wasn’t disappointed. We will definitely be back.

EDIT - We were in town again and went back. It was even better. The food was very good before. Now it's great. There's more flavor. Crisp things are crisper. AND they had a killer rib-eye that was steakhouse quality. 14/10 will return.

The burgers are very good. Fries and onion rings are also good. I got the classic burger it was delicious and juicy. They are famous for burgers and I was told the breakfast was not as good. So go for the burgers.

Food was delicious & our server, Daphne, was great!

Not too busy but at least half full on a Saturday evening.

Our toddler's food was ready before my wife's and mine but Daphne noticed our son was getting restless after we finished our appetizers; she brought his food over - much to our son's delight - even though the table's food wasn't quite ready.

This kind of great service and attentiveness should always be noted in reviews. A kitchen can be busy or slow; a restaurant can be crowded or empty.

But when your server notices the little details, it makes all the difference - especially when dining out as a family!

Had the classic burger and side salad. Very good. McKayla provided xcellent service. Little hidden gem off the chain-restaurant path.

Seriously delicious burgers and chicken fingers. The fingers are the best in tow and up there with Ernie's (locals know what I mean). The atmosphere is a bit quite, buy with a full bar and TV's there can be a crowd when sports are on. It's a perfect lunch spot to unwind with a good bite.

Our family of 4 ate lunch here, and we each loved our food. The fries were perfection! Best part, kids ate free!

We really like this place! It's located inside the Holiday Inn hotel.
We go especially for the onion rings!! The burgers are good too. You can create your own hamburger, chicken or veggie burger if you want. We heard about the specials on Tuesdays. We'll have to check that out.

We have enjoyed the food at burger theory many times since they opened. Last night wasanother great experience. Who ever is leading this team is doing it right. First, they were super busy when we arrived and the staff brew that the food was going to take some time to come out. Rather than just telling us to be patient or server offered us cups and salsa while we waited. Right up front they addressed the issue and created a solution without me or my wife having to even ask. Second with a full dinning room and a lot going on our server did his best to helpKerri or drinks filled but guess who else helped... The hostess, that is right they worked as a team to make sure every guest was taken care of. Third the food was just as good this time as other times actually it was GREAT!!! Thank you for a wonderful night out

I had a free Saturday night so I decided to come to Burger Theory. It’s a very comfortable environment that’s clean and inviting. I got the Boss burger this time around yet I preferred the Sriracha burger from my previous visit. Both were great burgers, but my palate prefers a bit of spice with my gourmet burger. My waitress was very attentive and even compensated my side order since there was a bit of a delay for my fries. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future!

The restaurant was short staffed but the waitress Taylyr was very nice and got us seated and served as quickly as she could. The kitchen got one of our burgers wrong but it was still very tasty. The burger was juicy and the French Fries were seasoned to perfection.

The service is quite friendly here. The food is also pretty tasty. The connected photo shows a grilled chicken salad, without the blue cheese of course, and a farmhouse burger. If you like seasoned steak fries, you will probably like theirs as well. This place does not get very busy, so it's a good alternative to other busy places in the area.

I just tried this place for the first thing me and it did not disappoint. The burger and fries were delicious! The fries were crusted in spices and tasted so good. The On The Border Burger 🍔 had pico de gallo, grilled onion, guacamole, lettuce and pepper jack cheese with the best KGB sauce. It is a fun atmosphere and really friendly waitresses. I love getting out and finding hidden gems in St. George. Don’t hesitate to get out and try this yummy food in a peaceful and calm, relaxed environment. Music is not to loud so you can definitely enjoy a good conversation.

Very good food. Great service. About $20 per person for lunch. (It's inside the hotel. Enter the from main lobby doors. )

Date night at Burger Theory was a success! The wait staff was friendly and our food was very good! We ordered burgers/fries and my husband got the onion rings. We are definitely going to go back to try more on the menu!!
