Taqueria Jalos

Excellent service & real good food. My only complaint is the food did take a bit longer than expected when the restaurant was practically empty. I believe what we ordered is called the Jalos Burrito (Al Pastor, half green and half red sauce). The salsas are decent but I was not really impressed. Plenty of parking onsite and conveniently located. Oh and the servers are really friendly

This was right down the road from where we stay! It was very good tastes similar to authentic Mexico food!! Try this place you won’t regret it!

This is a great restaurant. The food is always tasty but if you have any allergies you have to take the time to explain. The workers all speak spanish. Love the tortas, burritos and at night try their taco truck for some amazing burritos and enchildas.

Man! Excellent food! Homemade tortillas and the rice is perfect. Its all perfect and the lovely ladies that work here are just as nice as can be. Eat here!

8/19/2022 - Dropped in for a snack. Loved my chorizo street taco and beans. I did hear from my server that the owner keeps the tips for themselves. That's disappointing. Bring cash for your tips.

My wife and I live in Lake County just about every time we go to Ukiah that's where we eat. Lunch and dinner excellent food.

Great food, I ordered a Chile relleno, and 2 enchiladas with rice and beans, I definitely recommend to everybody, i definitely left a tip👍👍👍👏👏

My favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Their street tacos are the best in Ukiah and their prices are the most reasonable.

Got some Mexican food for dinner after a 2 hour drive from Bay Area, liked the variety of options available at this place. Server was very friendly .

We drive an hour north for their chicken enchiladas! They are so meaty and absolutely delicious! This place also is incredibly affordable, so grab your order to go and have a picnic at A park in the shade!

I went there for the first time tonight and everything was excellent. The customer service was great and the food was authentic and delicious! The carnitas tacos are bomb AF!! We ordered our food to go and when it was ready the food was packed up very nicely. Everyone inside wore masks and was respectful of others around them. We're already planning on going back again this week!!

Desperate for food on road trip. The food was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was busy. Only issue i had was the rude man sitting 2 seats from me who was giving the waitresses a hard time. Now on my list of places when I go visit my family in Eureka.

This place gets 5 stars from me because it is by far the best Mexican food in Ukiah, and you just can't beat what you are getting for the price. Meals range from around $7-$9 and everything I have ordered here is amazing. The staff is very friendly and quick as well. This is the best, most authentic Mexican food in town!

Some of the BEST Mexican food I’ve found in California, or anywhere else for that matter (including Mexico). Reasonable prices, top notch tacos, and to sweeten the deal it’s across the street from some of the cheapest premium gas is the state. My top spot to stop for eats when I’m cruising up, or down the 101.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Authentic, comfortable and a good value to boot. I ate here several times during my stay in Ukiah and I find myself wanting to go back even though I’m home in Texas.

They're not kidding, best in town and Willits too. Friendly staff, quality ingredients, fair prices, with great atmosphere and seating. Quickly became a favourite spot. Thanks guys!

This place has great Mexican food. I have been going here for at least two years now, and they have never let me down. Its the best place I'v found for tacos by far.

Jalos is my go to Mexican restaurant in Ukiah the food is always good and made to order. Friendly staff, good food, what more can I say.

Me and my family go to Jalos at least once a month, because the prices are cheap and the food really is the "best in town"! The service is fast and the employees are warm. And the food is really some of the best I've ever had. Their rice and beans are perfectly seasoned and the tortillas are fresh made. Personally, I recommend the Adobada dinner plate or the super nachos with carnitas, but really everything is great! And if you are a fellow spice lover, the by all means, order the Camarones a la Diabla, or "Devil Shrimp"! Seriously, if you are in the Ukiah area and you want some legit Mexican food, look only for Jalos.
