Professional efficient service

This was the absolute worst customer service I had ever experienced. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I brought my car into Steve's for a small fender bender, insurance company was paying for repairs. From the start his communications were slow to the insurance company, I had to call him remind him to submit the estimate over a week after I had brought may car to the shop for the estimate. Then he informed me the insurance had not covered a part that was need and that I need to bring my car back so they could get pictures to resubmit to insurance. He then scheduled my appointment for three weeks away and told me the parts would be in the shop when I brought my car back to be repaired. Three weeks go by, I dropped off my car and a few hours later he called me to inform me that he had not paid attention to the approved estimate and that the insurance company did not cover the full bumper, he refused to paint half the bumper and said if I wanted the job completed I would have to pay over $200 out of my pocket do the job. I was obviously surprised by this. I dropped off my car with the expectation that it would be fixed in three days and that the insurance was covering the cost. He got upset at me over the phone and told me that he wouldn't do the work for free and that I could come pick up my damn car or give him more money to complete the job. So I picked up my car. I will find another shop. I talked to the insurance adjuster and I was informed that all he had to do was resubmit the estimate telling them that the bumper DID need replaced and they would cover the cost but instead he insisted that I pay the difference because he hadn't done his job properly. Its absolutely absurd that he expected me to pay for his incompetence. He was rude to on the phone and in person. I do not recommend this body shop.

Absolutely horrible customer service and rude did not make me feel welcome would give this place a 0 rate if I could
