When my fiancé and I were ready to start looking for a home, we started out on the trulia app just browsing. Once we found a home we liked, they sent us directly to the Merced Property Team. Our realtor, Melissa Guzman, reached out to us and helped us set up an appointment right away. She was so helpful in explaining the entire process to us, since we had no idea how to buy a home. She gave us her personal phone number and she was always there to answer questions and phone calls when we needed it. She kept us updated about all the properties in our budget and showed us as many homes as she could. Melissa was always available to us, when homes popped up, she would take us right away. She even traveled with us to look at homes outside of Merced, she was very patient with us until we found a home we loved.
