Yeiry was very friendly and helpful. I was able to save a lot on my purchase that day. She reminded me about discount coupon that I had on my app most sell associates wouldn’t bother to take the time to help out but she did. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. Clean and friendly. I was dropping off an Amazon return right before they closed for the night, and it was simple and hassle free. They practically do all the work for you from packing it to printing shipping label and mailing it back for you. I just did the online return prior to going over there and showed Kohl's the QR code sent back to me via email on , y phone. Easy-peasey...

I went into the customer service area today at around 4pm and the lady at the desk helped me remove a security tag from my shoes bought from Kohl’s. She was very kind and helpful, and provided awesome service.

I was helped and not harassed or pressured. There line was long but the employees didn’t become rude they helped everyone with smiles and kindness and it didn’t take too long to get to the front. I enjoyed shopping there in Merced kholes and I will be going back.

My daughter was able to find so many cute simple clothes here and affordable cute shoes. Enjoyed shopping here!

Oops.. I’m signed into my dads gmail acct LOL! But I am going to leave this review anyways. Went to Sephora at Kohls in Merced and was greeted and taken care of by Gia! This girls energy was fire!! She had the best advice and really took the time to listen to my concerns and share her knowledge. I’ll definitely be back and hope I find her there EVERY time! ❤

The store is always clean and employees are friendly

I didn't actually shop here at Kohl's. But I walked through it and it looked really super nice. I used the Amazon return center inside Kohl's.

They keep it nice and clean with friendly service. I think stuff is overpriced, but they do offer a lot of coupons, and I don't think that the local store fault. LOOK FOR COUPONS.

Very nice store for clothes and has nice heels for a casual party dress. Amazing clothes for my mother who is very picky about what she wears. The cashiers are usually very nice and actually help you! From baby clothes, toddler clothes, kids clothing, to adult clothing and some kids shoes.

This was my first time going to Kohl's since this pandemic began. There's only one entrance open. I had a pick up order. They are spraying and wiping the counters after each customer keeping things nice and clean. We had a quick contact & hassle-free pick up and did a little shopping and had a very quick check out.

Went early in the morning. Staff was just as awesome and cool with helping me look for what I wanted. Made perfect suggestions for me to look into. Item was not on the shelves, so staff told me how to go online to find it. They even helped me with my online order. Great people

The trip to Kohl's was very successful the wife got some clothing she wanted. The pricing was nice and the savings was great. I would go back again for the nice and friendly atmosphere within the store.
