Good service with a smile. The servicing department is a bit hard to find. It is located BEHIND the main sales department building.

I went in for a second time to get a 4-wheel alignment and complimentary car wash. While the receipt shows the car wash was completed, my car did not look like it. I also have my doubts about the true nature of the car alignment completed as the rep was unable to describe what the technician actually found to be wrong in the first place (it cost $120).

I went back the next day and was able to get my car washed, though as with any dealership, had to wait a while to get it taken care of.

I would not leave a comment for a car dealership, or even their service department. However, the way I was treated with this dealership in Merced, I had to comment. Staff are very professional and they do not treat you like a number. I hate going to dealerships and getting bombarded with sales people and on top of that the service departments are usually tough to deal with. However, Kia Hyundai Merced Service Dept. has very good customer service, and the staff are genuine. Johnny is great!

Sean was singlehandedly the most helpful parts person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond the call of duty and followed up to ensure I got my part even though we are not a regular client. Thanks Sean!

Excellent service everytime we go in. My husband took our car in the last time and got exceptional customer service, he forgot to get his card our paperwork has two names Juan and Alvaro. Not sure if one of those is his name but thank you so much for the great service always!

In between Fresno and Modesto this is the best place to get your hyundai-kia and Volkswagen needs and service.

As we all know, dealerships have pricy repairs but they are reliable. The manufacturer software update on Hyundai's only took a few hours which was nice. The service department is knowledgeable and very helpful. As a courtesy, they will take you home and pick you up with their shuttle service. That's a win win all around!
