We're from out of town and desperately needed our clothes washed on a two week honeymoon road trip. This place is immaculate, better than the coin laundry from where we're from. Our clothes smell amazing. The place smells amazing. So happy.

You know if you follow my reviews I love to heap praises and offer a critique on our local businesses. I had planned to drop a restaurant review but you know what comes on a #sundayfunday for me is laundry day. Well after doing the others in town is time for Lucy's. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was, not that the others weren't but still a good selling point. Then there was light music that masked the hum of the machines as well as a TV (though there is not much to watch at 830am ). The change machine took my worn bill without fail, I'm the guy with those issues . Lastly and I think the best selling point is that they have an on-site attendant. He was personable, greeted me as well as everyone who entered and helped make a not so fun activity much more pleasing. Lucy's also offers drop off service for those of you so inclined to let someone else take your laundry day joy away. Don't forget there are local places to frequent right there with #CafeJaavy #laMexicanamarket #supertortas #downhomefoods so you won't be bored.

Super clean well maintained laundromat in Fort Bragg, CA. Attendant on duty. Drop off service available.

Single load top loaders, front load double, triple, and mega load washing machines. Clean. Shiny. I did not see any out of order.

Plenty of dryers of varying age. Just like the washers, they look well maintained.

Wash loads start at $3.50. Dryers are a quarter. Only took 2 or 3 quarters in each dryer for my big double load to dry.

Restroom for customers only.

Wash sink. Laundry supplies and change available from vending machines.

Parking right out the door.

A clean and safe place to do laundry.

After traveling for a total of 9 months this is one of the top two laundromats that I have been to. The machines are the Dexters which I love and do an exceptional job at cleaning and rinsing clothing, the machines are very clean, the facility is very clean, feels completely safe, availability of washers and dryers was plentiful, great music, and what I believe to be was the owner on site and keeping a close eye on everything. The outside of the building does not reflect the inside at all- be not afraid and head to Lucy’s Laundry!

Just stopped in and did a massive load of laundry in the midst of a long road trip. This is BY FAR the cleanest, nicest most functional laundromat I have ever been too. My partner said the same. There was a gentleman there actively cleaning and the soap dispensers were all stocked and worked. Seriously never thought I'd be motivated to leave a review for a laundromat, but Lucy's deserves six stars for exceeding expectations

Everyone is always so helpful and happy who works there. Always clean too.

I had left 2 blankets here. I was exhausted from our roadtrip and forgot about our other load when we were 2.5 hours away from the store when I remembered. I pulled over and called the store and the owner answered (wish I had gotten his name) he was so nice about the situation and is supposed to ship them back to canada (where I'm from) for me. He said "you enjoy your trip, don't worry we will get this shipped off for you". I know it's silly some little blankets but they have meaning for me and he's going above and beyond taking his time to ship them back to a different country. 5 stars for me.

Best place to wash clothes on the Mendocino coast. Unlike the two other laundry places in Fort Bragg there is always an attendant ready to help and keep the place very clean. The machines do not have bad oders. The folding tables are kept sanitized. They always have some surfing movies or classic rock playing. This place has a good vibe.

Lucy's is THEE BEST and cleanest laundry mat in town!!! Everytime im in there, there is always someone constantly cleaning and it definitely shows! I appreciate them having tables and chairs and having restaurants and stores close by is really convenient.

We needed to do some laundry while visiting the Fort Bragg area this week. Lucy's Laundry was rated pretty highly, so we went there. The attendant was friendly and helpful. The machines were reasonably priced, worked well, and were easy to use. My favorite thing about Lucy's was that they had wifi service. I sat and worked on my computer while doing the laundry which was great.

My only suggestion is that it would be a bit more convenient if their machines took credit cards though this was not a big deal.

Did 2 loads of wash .. thank you for having a restroom available for customer. The only "wish" I had was I wish the machines had an option for double rinse .. but I just ran my clothes thru twice so I still got my double rinse and still it was still quick and at a fair price. Very clean, all machines are well maintained, plenty of parking. Definitely a good laundromat !!!

It's clean. All machines are state of the art, or at least this century. Always someone there to assist. If a machine is not working, no questions asked, they remove clothes if you want and immediately load another machine.
Great music too, to get one moving along on our mundane yet love it when it's over chores.

We are touring from the UK and were desperate to do a clothes wash, so tried Lucy's Laundry last night. Best laundromat we have ever used. Spotlessly clean, banks of both washers and dryers - all working, change machine actually worked (not our experience everywhere!), and useful wheeled trolleys to move washing around. Bless Lucy, she also had a large clean table for folding the dried washing. Excellent.

Recently moved to fort bragg and I love Lucy's. Ive used all the laundromats in ukiah,Capella, willits and even hopland when they had one and lucys is by far the cleanest. The attendants are always helpful and friendly. At this point I'm not even missing having my own washer and dryer.

This is the second time I've been to this place and its the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen! Very well maintained all around. Great staff and great music. I'll never use a laundromat other than Lucy's when passing through the area!

Best laundromat I’ve been to. First time experiencing a laundromat so clean. Attendants do a great job.

Clean with new machines. And Wifi. Friendly owner and cool customers. If we lived here (we stopped by on a business trip) I'd not buy a washer and dryer just so we could come here and do laundry.
