They re-piped our entire home with great attention to quality and detailed work. They provided up front pricing, pulled necessary permits, and asked me where I wanted to locate certain items to have our new water system function well for us. Our house was not originally designed for piping in the ceiling and attic and so they used their exceptional plumbing and creative skills to problem solve around structural barriers. Skilled, hard working and friendly staff members Rich and Carlos did all of this with a positive attitude and worked into the evening to get job completed. They also took time to explain choices, processes, and answer all our questions along the way. I give my highest recommendation to Valley Plumbing Pros!

Had other companies come out couldn't get the clog out and was trying to charge me a ridiculous amount to do additional work, I called valley plumbing and within an hour someone was at my house, then had my sewer line unclogged and camera ran for new clean out in a lil over an hour! Amazing job definitely will recommend and call again if needed

There was a problem in my sewer line, I made an appointment with a plumber I used before, but he was a no show. All my drains were clogged, called Valley plumbing and Rich responded in less than an hour. He was very professional and nice! Great service!! I busted an outside faucet and had water spraying in between the siding of my house. Valley Plumbing came out and quickly helped me get the water turned off so we could fix the problem. They were fast, friendly, and definitely came through in a time of need. Highly recommend!!

I live rurally on septic and wasn’t sure how to fix my problem. Couldn’t shower or run the washer without having water everywhere and knew my the septic tank wasn’t full. Was thankful that they provide Sunday service, granted at higher rates. David is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and a patient communicator. He took the time to carefully explain the causes of my problem and to offer ways to fix it. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs.

My contact at the office was Paola, very professional and concerned about my plumbing issue. She asked me a few questions about what I was experiencing, then she took my number and told me a plumber would be contacting me shortly, like within 10 minutes. 5 minutes later, Rich contacted me, and after a short conversation, he said he'd call me back shortly. Sure enough, he called me back and told me he'd be arriving within 15 minutes. Rich was extremely professional, cordial, and knowledgeable! Had my clogs cleared in about 30 minutes!! I called Valley Plumbing Pros and got Rich on the line. This was the second time I needed them. The first time, Rich, gave a very clear estimate of repair. The second time, I called Rich, it was in the morning when my son saw a leak in my front yard. By early afternoon David G. was there. He ran the camera to find a stick blocking the water from going down the sewer line. He cleared the blockage and was kind to stop by another time to put a cap on the line. I highly recommend them. They are professional, kind and courtesy plumbers. Thank you Valley Plumbing Pros.

P.S.: David was also kind enough to give a discount which is available through their website for first time customers. I did not even ask for it but he gave it anyway.

I called the owner of this business and to the best of my ability explained the sound I was hearing from the hot water heater. He was at my home within the hour and confirmed my suspicion, water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Asked him if he would be able to replace the next day? Next day he came with brand new water heater and did his thing. The finished job is very clean, sleek, and looks amazing. Most importantly it works great. I am very impressed by this Mans knowledge and ability. Would definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

Of course during 4th of July we have an emergency plumbing issue (toilets and bathtub were backed up). I called other companies and no one answered the phone or when they said they would call back, they didn’t. When I called Valley Plumbing Pros, lady who answered (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was incredibly nice, communicative, and helpful. She told me she would call back in 15 minutes with an estimated time for someone to come out and not only did she call back when she said, we were able to have someone come to our house in less then 2 hours. They showed up right on time and the gentleman that came out, Richard, was extremely courteous and professional. Because they had to get on the roof, he ended up having to call out a second person, Juan, who was also very nice. Luckily for us, they were able to get everything working and finished up in under 2 hours. I can not recommend this place enough. They charge a fair amount, and even if it was a little more expensive, their customer service and professionalism is worth every penny. We will definitely be using them in the future. Rich was the best plumber I’ve ever had. He was very fast and efficient, along with being friendly and professional. Once I showed him the problem he got to work and fixed it right away. This was an easy and stress free experience for me, and I will definitely call him for any other plumbing issues that may arise.
