First time, my rv’s gas pump was not working. They took a look at and could not fix due to their inexperiences dealing with RV. They called me back to go get my RV vehicle without charging me for anything. And then a few months later (2 days ago) I took my RV van back to them for checking on the brakes because the brakes smell burning. After checking on my brakes, they said someone just had worked on my breakes and put too much grease on it. It will go away as time goes by. They did not charge me for their service either. I appreciate very much for their honesty, integrity, and not rid me off like some other shops in town. Not only that, their customers service is friendly and the best of all so far in town those I have come to across. I have nothing but good thing to say about them. Smiley Auto Repair, you have my trust. You are the best in town. Keep up the good work.

For being an older person and a female they Smileys have been honest and fair l trust my car in there hands and 6yrs my car runs great thank ALL of you at Smileys for professional,and honest work.

Smiley's Automotive is the best shop in town. Do not waste your time and money with other shops in Merced like I have. Cody and his team are great at what they do, and I have never once had to bring my vehicle back once due to a problem. Thank you Cody see you next week for my Tires.

I was visiting Merced as a midpoint on a trip. I stopped at Smiley’s when I had an issue with a rental car. These guys were professional and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough, and it would be my go-to service shop if I were a local.

Took my wife’s car here recently, great service and they got everything in a timely manner considering the holidays and weather! Definitely responsibly priced!

This is a great auto repair shop, if I can't do it myself this is the only place I trust to go.

They are awesome. Fast and reliable. Got both my cars smogged in less than 30 minutes!!! Customer service is friendly and on point! Great and reasonable prices! Definitely will be returning!!!

Stopped in here because the car I had borrowed from family did not have working AC. Any time it is over 80, I am not a very nice person to be around. The guys here got the car in, thought there might be a leak somewhere in the system, so they charged up the unit, added a special dye to possibly pinpoint the location of the leak so it could be fixed. The service was prompt, the guys working that day were efficient and pleasant and they "got" my weird sense of humor. Best part, I drove away in a very cool, very comfortable 60 degrees!!

I've been using these guys for a while now. I've never felt gouged on the price and there great in a pinch.
