Love my hairstylist Natalie! The salon is easy to get to, and very nice inside. They answer texts promptly and are a real help making appointments. Five stars!

This is hands down the BEST salon. The owner Anna is incredible as a stylist, as a friend and she makes everyone feel at ease. These ladies are classy and stylish. You’ll leave feeling pampered and beautiful. HIGHLY recommend. Also, being a Davines salon is a huge plus, as their product line is off the charts.

I have been going to The Parlor for over 15 years. Absolutely amazing talent. The stylists are up to date on trends and also know exactly what I would like. I have recommended to several friends. I would not go to any other salon for my cut, color, highlights and fall color accents.

I came to Collett for a last minute hair cut, another shop had fried my hair. She made my hair amazing! I got it cut about 3 weeks ago and I’ve been receiving compliments on the cut of my hair since.

I showed her a picture of Julienne Hough with a thick cut that was mid neck. I have fine hair and the cut makes it look so thick and cute. Best hair cut I’ve ever had! Would recommend. All the ladies in the shop are nice. Also my price was $10 less than what was quoted over the phone. So thankful for this shop and Collett!

I’ve also seen Natalie in the past and she is great as well.

I have always had great experiences at The Parlor. I have been here for everything from foils to wedding hair styling. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and well organized. KayLyn is the best stylist in Tacoma and always gets my hair color just right even when I don’t know exactly what I want. I appreciate the individual care and the personal touches the staff puts on the salon. I highly recommend The Parlor! I drive down from North Seattle every 6 weeks just to see them!

Anna is absolutely amazing! I went in feeling really defeated and unhappy with the color of my hair but Anna worked her magic. It turned out a thousand times better than I could have hoped! Its been a long time since I've had a stylist like this--I generally described why I was unhappy and what I was looking for and she didn't just listen, she offered her thoughts and vision as well. Its obvious that hair is a well mastered craft for her, not just something she does. She is also wonderful to talk to and the salon is very comfortable! Can't recommend The Parlor enough.

The Parlor is 100% a 5 star business. I have natural wave in my hair and Erin was able to give me a cut that complements that and allows for more versatility than what I had previously. Erin also did my color and it turned out super amazing. I often feel uncomfortable in most salons because I worry my style sense won't be understood; but everyone who works at The Parlor was warm and inviting and made me feel very comfortable. Erin understood my vision and gave me a cut and color so much better than I had even imagined. I was able to get in for an appointment last minute which is totally a miracle for my hectic schedule. Parking is easy to find and worth it (this is Tacoma, parking is metered.) I absolutely would recommend this salon to everyone. If you are trying to find a new salon, this is it!!!

My first time in today and everything was amazing. Really appreciate Collett for all of her knowledge. This will be my regular spot now.

Hair color and trim by Erin was the best I've encountered. Gray coverage and color was was spot on and very natural looking. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and professional.

Friendly, professional staff, great haircut. They offered me tea and they have a great atmosphere. On the higher price end in Tacoma, but you get what you pay for - in the best way possible.
