It's nice to actually go to a store and shop and pick things I can touch and try before I buy. Love it!

Ordered a Canon camera accessory online and picked up in the store. People at the checkout were very attentive and kept our wait to a minimum. I like being able to shop locally like this and of course picking up right away as I needed the product the same day.

Great store.i bought a really nice drone there.it was a really good deal.99 bucks can't beat that,super easy to fly.

My husband and I have shopped at Best Buy in prior years, but we were especially delighted with our recent experience at the store in Marina, CA! My computer was beginning to crash, and we had problems with our sound bar. We also wanted a newer television as we had a older one. We were very pleased with the high level of knowledge exhibited by Matt, the sales rep in the store. He asked great questions, addressed our concerns and suggested appropriate product solutions tailored to our needs and budget. We learned about Total Tech with a reasonable annual membership fee that gains us so many benefits, including hauling away our older TV, providing a longer warranty and Free Geek Squad® tech support available 24/7/365. We are glad that we will have up to 24 months of product protection with our membership. We had an in-home visit by Adam and PJ who expertly installed the TV and soundbar but also provided outstanding training for us, which we videotaped. Jose came over on a different day to copy the data from my old to my new computer and he is clearly an expert in this area. It is rare to find such a high level of customer service and in person product knowledge and buying items online does not provide such a positive experience. We highly recommend a visit to Best Buy for your audio/video, computer and other product needs.

The staff at this location are excellent; the GM (Jose) was so helpful today, I had some issues with an open boxed item and he went above and beyond and made me feel like the loyal customer that I am!! Thank you Jose for providing the upmost top notch service and taking care of me with the tripod, I’d also like to thank the rest of the staff as well for being so helpful and nice. You guys rock.

Best Buy has been around for a long time. Is one of the only electronic stores that have survived over the years. I must have good selection and for the most part you can find an knowledgeable sales staff that will help you make your selection. I went in for a couple items and they were able to help me find them in record time. I’d like to buy TVs there as they have a great selection and a decent warranty that you can add. They also have so many selections other one roof it is well worth shopping there.

Bought my new computer here and it was ready in under an hour, service was quick and everyone that I talked to was nice

The is the best location. I've traveled all across California and this Best Buy is super knowledgeable and excellent quick turn around time if you need Gerk Squad assistance. It's worth the drive is you are from out of town.

Retail staff excellent. Installer from Geek Squad Martin and his team (Socrates and Reubin) were on time, worked effectively and efficiently in insuring my new dishwasher install was complete. I am thrilled with the courtesy and professionalism of this team! So respectful. Will always buy now from Best Buy!

Like all stores everywhere, not enough employees. We had to wait a bit to get out turn with the guy in electronics, but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We accomplished what we needed to do. Cost was great.

I always have great customer service at that store, the last time I was two of the employees were so helpful, Ray helped me
look for an item and Eddie's helped me at the cash register, both were so niceandrespectful I appreciated their help.. they both did a great job

Soledad at Customer Service was beyond amazing. She did everything possible to help me and my son out to receive store credit. She restored my faith in Retail, and every other associate in the store was just as incredible. The staff here is top notch and genuinely cares about the customer. I will be back for all my electronic needs, and then some. Two boys left extremely happy today.

The wonderful people at this Best Buy location took all of my considerations into account when they helped me select the best washer/dryer combination. They ended up saving me over $500 which allowed me to get a much more superior product than I ever thought I’d be able to afford. Make sure you go to Antonio, he’ll definitely take care of you.

I returned a camera that I had purchased the day before at another Best Buy. The camera turned out to be too small and the viewfinder was too small for my “old eye”. They checked the camera to make sure nothing was wrong with it and gladly refunded my money. I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone in the store that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Worked with customer service to exchange my laptop due to some network issues.

My service was great. The manager (I think, Kyle?) was very understanding and worked with me to resolve the issue quickly. Now I can get back to working on some time sensitive projects.
