Had such a great experience ordering a custom birthday cake here. The owner took my order and was super helpful and professional. They’re very customer service and detail oriented to make sure they get your order right.
They did such a fantastic job and I was extremely satisfied with my order. It was beautifully decorated with the vintage piping and the edible cake glitter was so pretty and sparkly. Mix Bakery followed all the details I wanted for this cake.
Most importantly it was delicious, moist, and held its shape well and was easy to cut. Loved the red velvet cake with the Oreos since they added a nice textural crunch with the soft cake.
Everybody enjoyed the cake and was impressed with the taste and presentation. I definitely recommend trying Mix Bakery for your custom cake needs!

I really love Mix Bakery. It is one of the best bakery I’ve been to, their cake is very delicious. It’s not overwhelming, they have their ingredients balanced. I personally get picky with icing and cake, but it is absolutely amazing with how they make their buttercream and cake. I also really enjoy their oreo bombs, lemon buttercream on cake square, cookies, etc. Their prices are also reasonable! Their custom cakes are really cool, I will be ordering a custom cake for my birthday this year from them :)

love their cookies!! everything is baked with love, the employees were nice and customer oriented. I haven't buy their cakes yet, but I have seen some pretty cool custom designs that they make. if you ever drop by, don't forget to grab their chocolate chip cookie and sea salt caramel cookie. better than cookie crumbl 10/10

I think this place is so beautiful and so cute. I love the variety of flavors.
Today, I tried their macaroons and their Lemon and Strawberries & Cream Cheese cupcake and it was very delicious. I am very glad that the sweetness was balanced out by the sour of the lemon. It's not sickly sweet which is what I look for in a dessert. They also have a gluten-free cookie they sell!
The worker I met was also incredibly sweet.
If you are looking for custom orders, 2-3 weeks notice in advance would be your best bet to fullfill your order to your liking. I will be returning for another sweet-craving satisfaction.

This is truly a hidden gem a true piece of confectionary magic, I have found it extremely difficult to find anything that I did not like here. Mix has the greatest desserts but even better than that is the people, the good hometown feel and true appreciation of your hard-earned money is the core of their business foundation and I'm happy to support them as long as my waistline can support it.

This place is delightful! The service, the atmosphere, AND the delicious treats.... 10/10!

I’ve been lucky enough to have Mix Bakery a few times and I have not once been disappointed. The cakes and cupcakes are moist and the cookies are always so soft. They have amazing flavors and always follow through! Thanks Mix Bakery for all the yummy treats!

This place is so inviting! Not only is it super adorable but it's very modern and clean. The people are very friendly. I Went to the Grand opening with my kids and it was super packed! They had many delicious sample treats and hors d'oeuvres. They can make a requested cake or have some pre made. They have cookies and cake pops as well. No public restroom. Defenitly will be coming back to this place! Maybe for my daughter's 1st communion cake!

Cindee and her crew are awesome!! The customer service is fanominal, the decorators are extremely talented and all of their goodies are scrumptious!! The love and support for the community is awesome. The generous donation of cupcakes, cookies and cakes for our local Merced River 4-H bake sale booth was greatly appreciated!! If you haven't tried the Oreo bombs you are definitely missing out on YUMMY!! The cupcake combinations are extremely creative and very yummy too!! Definitely the place to go for your sweet tooth needs.

Cute bakery and great customer service! First time coming here and needed something VERY last minute. The owner met with me and made sure I was able to get what I needed. I haven't been able to try it yet but everything smells DELICIOUS! Will 100% return!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They definitely put a lot of care and love making their sweets. A lot of care and love to their customers too! It was a very busy day (Feb 13), and I had waited probably 10+ minutes in line. Not a big deal at all. One of the staff who helped me get my cupcakes told me that I could have my order on the house. Thank you very much. You made my night, and made my Valentine's complete with the sweets. You and your team are the best.

They have expanded and their selection has doubled. We went in for cupcakes and the variety were too many to choose from. Walked out with more than a dozen. Watch your wallet 😆 The goodies are too good to pass up.

Nothing but the best from this family and business. From a walk in store perspective, it is an adorable bakery, beautiful presentation of all of their variety of goods and smiling faces behind the counter.
Each item is always consistent and the flavors range from traditional to fun combinations. It is all sooo good its hard to decide.
Working several events over the years with them on a professional level they again are the very best! The creativity and level of detail to each cake is unmatched. The dessert buffet and custom cakes are top notch and rarely a crumb left to be seen at the end because everyone enjoys all of it. The only bakery in the valley for all of your special events, weddings and celebrations. We are so lucky to have them right here in Merced.

the Mix Bakery team is fantastic!! My now husband and I needed to order our wedding cake and we dropped in 2 months before. A little late, but the owner, Cindy, was amazing and worked so well with us. She will even work with you to make sure it's a smooth and safe delivery for your wedding day. We ordered 200 cupcakes for our wedding and they were such a hit. Everyone loved them. My husband and I are so thankful for this team and that we will be enjoying our top layer of our cake in a year. The cakes certainly aren't cheap, but their quality is incredible. The best bakers around!

Delicious!! Cookies, cupcakes, cakes, cake pops plus more!!! So many things and at a decent price!!. 1.55 a cookie!! Not too bad considering some people around town are charging $30 for a dozen. I got 1 oatmeal raisin, 1 snicker doodle, 1 double chocolate, and 2 chocolate chip with M&Ms. Cookies were on point and soft!!! I really do need to try the peanut butter cookies cause those are my favorite. Great customer service and beautiful set up for Valentines day!

Came in for my son’s birthday. We bought a variety of cupcakes and they were a hit! Very delicious and moist! Will not hesitate to come back for our sweet tooth cravings. Best cupcakes in Merced. Great customer service. The lady behind the counter helped us with a last minute order. Ty!
