Cypress Wash & Dry

This place is great. The place is always clean, the manager that is here on the day we go is always sweeping or mopping the floors. The folding tables are always clean as well as thw trash barrels always empty or being emptied. This kind of clean place makes doing laundry great. Why? Because I don't habe to worry about my cloths getting dirty of they fall on the floor or when I'm folding. The manager here is a great help as well as very kind and friendly towards all the customers. She is always helping to fix a machine if it has problems or if it won't take our coins. They do have a great variety of machines from big to small and I would say usually only about 2 or 3 are usually broken which does little to affect anyone doing laundry. They do provide other services such as wash and dry, and since we have switched and been coming here I can say we have had no problems with our laundry being taken or stopped mid cycle by another customer. The people doing laundry here ar all nice people. I would recommend this place to other family and friends or anyone who is looking for a place to do laundry in the area.

This place is very convenient and at $3.75 for a regular wash and $1.50 for a big dryer load, this place beats the coin laundry in our apartment complex. I do whites every 6 weeks and the regular washers here can handle the load whereas in my complex, I would have to usev 2 washers at twice the price.

Half the machines don't work properly. Owner 🙏 please fix the machines!

Most inconvenient laundromat ever. There is no ATM and there’s no quarter machine available to use the only machine there is is blocked off. There’s not an ATM or bank anywhere near the laundromat. You better come prepared with the exact amount of quarters you need because you’ll have to leave to go finish your laundry, it is also more expensive than the laundromat down the street. I came back and gave this one a try again because it was closer to my house but everything about it sucks. Where’s the 0 star button

As fulltime RVers we’ve done laundry all over the US and trust me when I saw this is the absolute most dirty and gross laundromat I’ve ever been in. It was literally flooded with about a half inch of water all over the entire place. Of course, no attendant,I tried to call and let them know so they could attempt to salvage her e the floor, but no response. I even tried to ask the neighbors in the complex if they knew the owners, but no luck. Besides the active water leak, it’s just a mess and about half the machines are out of order.

Walking into this place it was empty and no attendant on site. I put clothes into 3 different machines and one of them took my money and didn't work. I couldn't find a contact number or anyone to talk to. I saw "security cameras recording" signs so I thought to come back to ask them about it. Came back later to find an attendant (finally) and let him know about the situation. The guy told me that I needed evidence to prove that the machine didn't work. I asked to check the security cameras and he told me they didn't work!! I was shocked!! I'm a small person and knowing that if I was alone doing laundry it would be dangerous situation especially with no cameras working! Broken machines and poor security. I'm not coming back.

After a year there is still dirty water backing up into the machines and flooding on the floor around the machines. Most don’t work and floor is badly damaged.

Expensive and 3 of the machines are out of order with no sign saying so. A torn up piece of blue tape on the coin slot is the only clue that the machine will eat your money and detergent. Never coming back
