Great hotel room. Close to Fisherman's Wharf and Carmel. Great price and comfortable rooms. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

My fiancee and I had a great time. The hotel is super quaint and cute. The fireplace was super sweet and the parking spots weren't far.

Clean room with plenty of amenities. Plenty to do within walking distance. Will be stay there next time I'm in town.

A nice comfy economy motel. No frills, but you won't feel like a sardine. Within walking distance to the Wharf, about 10-15 min for the average person. Had the king, non-smoking, good for up to 2 people.

Great Hotel! Wich I could have stayed longer. My room was very cozy and comfortable. A bit of noise since located by a main road though.

Very quaint inn within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and an easy drive to Highway 1. Stayed here for the Big Sur Marathon. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They are attentive and will provide whatever is needed - and you can just ask if you need anything. The room we stayed in was on the second floor on the corner. It was very clean. The fireplace was both a cozy, aesthetic touch to the room and great to turn on and keep warm since it was a little chilly outside. Parking was readily available. Beautiful landscaping. It was easy to access the entrance and exit. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great find…very affordable and our room was clean and comfortable with a vaulted ceiling. It definitely exceeded our expectation. They also had a cute white and blue exterior and you could tell they took care to have nice plantings/flowers

Clean, comfortable and good value for money.
The room included a fridge with a freezer, coffee maker and a microwave. No double glazing windows so street noise can be heard. Overall a great hotel and would recommend if you are on a budget.

Arbor Inn has a convenient location in Monterey; easy access to Rt. 1 with nice places to eat within easy walking or driving range. We stayed for 4 nights. They only do housekeeping on the day you leave (hence the 4 stars for service) but if you need anything during your stay, all you need to do is ask. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the people above us walking, bathing, flushing. We were attending a wedding in Carmel and this location made the drive to Carmel easy and the cost much less than staying in Carmel, where prices were much higher. I don't expect to go back to the area but if we did, we were certainly stay here again.

This is a small inn that is in within walking distance to the main downtown Monterey strip about 0.4 miles away. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very reasonably priced for being in Monterey.

This hotel is really nice for the price. It's older but well maintained. The room had a fireplace that kept us warm during the cold nights.

This is a really cute hotel with about a 10min walk to downtown. You get a beautiful sea breeze all the time and fog in the morning. I leave my windows open all night with no disturbances. I have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean but the building is a little bit older but well kept. Most importantly the cable TV and internet work well. Each time my room came with a fridge and microwave and coffee machine. If you are going to Laguna Seca the entrance threshold is very low. Staff is friendly and kind.

Great value for money, very clean and comfortable, would happily come back any time. Our room had a fireplace which was a cute bonus to our honeymoon trip.

Nothing fancy but just a cute hotel. Safe location too. We paid only $90 for a weekday. No issues at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

My experiences here have been excellent! I had a basic room reserved for one night last time. When I got there the room they gave me a key for was actually unavailable... I returned to the office to sort it out. The guy working was helpful and resolved the issue very quickly. They upgraded me to a better room and apologized. The rooms have always been clean and up to date here. The staff are always friendly. Location and parking are great and so is the price. :)

It was a perfect place for our overnight stay in Monterey. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

We have stayed here many times over the years. It is consistently clean and has all of the amenities one needs when traveling including a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, toiletries, iron, and ironing board. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The only thing not provided here is breakfast, but Denny's is nearby. We'll be back again!
