Best Western Park Crest Inn

Very helpful and friendly staff! Rooms are clean, roomy and newly remodeled. Free parking on site. Heated pool and a hot tub both very clean. Easy access just off highway located very close to shopping mall.

We had a wonderful, fun filled, relaxing vacation. We stayed at BW Park Crest Inn for three nights. We enjoyed every aspect of BW Park Crest Inn. It is a great place to stay. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. Victoria the manager gave us great tips on the best restaurants in the area. The housekeeping was phenomenal. Breakfast was good and plentiful. This is my second year staying at Park Crest Inn. I always feel surrounded by people that truly care. Staff at BW Park Crest Inn represent the best in hotel hospitality and quality. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Good experience! Room was clean, front desk was helpful and even helped my friend move her room closer to ours so we could all be near each other.

One of the hotels with the lowest price in Monterey, it was the best place to stay at during our road trip vacation. Pool was great, and I really appreciated the hot breakfast amenities. The parking lot road was a little scary, being very steep at one point to the lower lot, but it's manageable. Room was a decent size, bathroom area was pretty big. The front desk was very informative and friendly. We'll definitely try to stay here again if we're ever in Monterey again.

The customer service was excellent, friendly, helpful, and politely professional. No laundry but she offered to dry our swimsuits in their dryer. Room was small but very clean. The bed was extra firm (hard) and the shower was the low point. (Very small walk in tile shower). Breakfast was very well prepared and kept stocked. (Eggs bacon tater tots oatmeal waffles fresh fruit) the hot tub was a plus.

Best Western Park Crest Inn is a great example of “you get what you pay for”. It’s a little more expensive than the neighboring hotels but the entire experience is different. There is a pool and free breakfast which is nice. The front desk is very kind and they really make you feel welcome and even appreciated.

The rooms are clean and smell fresh.

The internet was reliable and fast.

I have stayed in several hotels in the area over the years. Currently I use them to take tests for school so the quality of the room and the internet are very important to me.

The customer service was excellent! The room was clean, neat and I love the BW pillows. The shower was roomy. The ac was great and cooled room quickly. Typically was able to park near room. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for one night while we visited Cannery Row. When I went to check in, I was greeted by a very friendly lady who was able to let me check in early. Our room was very clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The room was very modern looking with everything we needed. My only complaint of our room was that our bed was way too hard. Everything else was pleasant. Our location was very close to a shopping center with groceries and EV charging among other things. For us, it was a little too far to walk to Cannery Row, but a quick drive was no problem. Definitely a good spot to stay if you are staying in the area.

Very clean rooms and nice front desk staff! Free breakfast with many options. Pool and hot tub open even in November! If you're on foot it's a bit of a walk to the downtown restaurant area. Definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised. We had been in several Hilton hotels in Sacramento and San Francisco before reaching Monterey and they were actually not as nice. The location is perfect. Close to plenty of restaurants and right off a main street. Parking is not bad, but trucks will have difficulty parking on the backside.
The service was welcoming, clear, concise. She was very polite and careful about social distancing and cleaning my card after using.
The room was spacious. It looked newly remodeled. It surprised us because the outside looks older. The toilet and shower are closed off from the sink and room. I loved being able to wash my face while my son used the restroom. Very clean and comfortable beds! I recommend!

We had a great stay! Clean, friendly, safe and close to everything. It was nice having a pool and hot tub available. We did so much walking that the hot tub was helpful to our muscles! Daily breakfast was included in our hotel package, lots of variety to pick from. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very patient and helpful, not only with us. Amber, the desk clerk, gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The included in the price breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We took advantage of the outdoor seating. Parking is tight and not plentiful, but we found a spot. We will definitely consider staying again if we are in the area.

I loved everything. I really appreciate the fact they had built in shampoo and body wash dispensers just incase you may have forgotten your own. Love the mini fridge and microwave. The coffee was great also. Love that you get tons of towels even for the pool. Love the heated pool as well. The breakfast was delicious. Love the closet. It was cozy and great for families. The staff was great. We were able to check in at 1 instead of 3pm since we got there early.

The location of the hotel is brilliant. Del Monte shopping mall is nearby and beach is not far too. The breakfast they serve does not have a fixed menu but they have couple of options for fruits, juice, and breakfast burrito. They serve till 10am only. They do provide a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The staff is courteous and provide good customer service. The room was clean and up to the expectation. They have a good number of parking spots for guests but it difficult to find a spot right outside the room.

I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I was also ecstatic that their accessible room was ACTUALLY accessible. 5 foot turn radius everywhere, ramps, they had a lower part for the front desk for wheelchair users, etc. The shower was big and wide with a sturdy seat. The front desk was very helpful and offered suggestions on how to get the best deals and where to go and also about local accessible locations (yeah they even knew about a park that had accessible ramped trails) . Bed was fairly comfy (for a hotel bed) and they gave us extra blankets. We also had called before check the room was available and they gave recommendations to pack. Overall exceptional service. Would stay there again. Especially for the price. It's hard traveling while being a wheelchair user but they thankfully made it much easier

Easy check-in & out. Pleasant front office staff who is knowledgeable and provide good info on sightseeing routes for the area. Clean room, comfy bedding and our room was quiet. Good internet connection. Good breakfast variety and staff replenish items efficiently although it was busy. Parking can be tight but ample amount of parking spots available. Walking distance to the Wharf for adults. Will be back if we are in the area again. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights in the two bedroom and it was comfortable and the staff super friendly and kind. Great location, rooms cleaned and quiet. We are definitely staying at this location again. Thanks to the girls for making us feel welcome. This was our first trip to Monterey. Thanks again.
