Americas Best Value Presidents Inn on Munras

Very nice clean hotel. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Rooms are large and balcony is amazing. Very quiet location.

Sean, the manager and his staff are professional, knowledgable, thoughtful and considerate. I've been staying at America's Best Value Presidents's Inn on Munras for many years and often 2 - 3 times per year. Every stay has been comfortable and pleasant. The motel is ideally located and reasonably priced.

I really like this quaint, cute little hotel. Its a little outdated but that's what gives it it's charm. Decently priced as well. The rooms are decent sized, clean, nice bathrooms as well. There are minimal amount of rooms here. Lots of lush flowers and very well maintained grounds. The staff is friendly and professional as well. There is an outdoor pool for the warmer months as well.

PLEASE READ: Left with BED BUGS! Will not allow me to post my negative review... I have a rash all over my arms and legs... have to see a doctor for treatment and to treat my entire home next to get rid of them!! Fan was broken in room, did not have toilet trees, had to request them. Please don't stay here.... no one will return my calls to resolve this situation.

Surprisingly clean and affordable, friendly staff.

We were there just one night. Our rooms were clean an comfortable. I think we spoke with the owner or manager at check in. He told us some of the things ghat were going on in town. Yep, I'll stay there again. He showed us some beautiful pictures taken by a photographer who was currently staying at he hotel.

This place is excellent and clean feeling inside room.
The grounds are kept up nice the trees flowers and plants are beautiful the place lights up beautifully at night.

And I've stayed here recently February of 2021 still excellent still a great place and a safe place to stay.

This was a beautiful little place me and my girlfriend went for a girls trip for my birthday and it was a beautiful room clean nice the best place I've stayed in a long time

Always very clean rooms, amazingly friendly staff (they're great!), great location, and all around always a great experience! I stay in hotels almost half the year for business and every time I'm in Monterey I come here and have never had a bad experience. They have a great pool and spa, laundry machines on site, and a gazebo garden that is always great to read a book or hang out in. I love that each room has a balcony or outdoor patio with chairs so you never feel cooped up, and each room also has a fan (which is rare) and I always sleep with the fan on so it makes me feel right at home! All around great place, great staff, great place to stay!!!

I paid $84 with AAA discount on a Friday night, a very reasonable price for a weekend stay in Monterey. The room is spacious with sufficient amenities: fridge, microwave, fan, TV, hair dryer and a coffee machine. There's a small patio in the back, facing the pool. The location is very nice, only 5 minutes' bike ride from Trader Joe's and the post office, and 10 minutes' bike ride from major tourist attractions. The staff is friendly. Wi-Fi is SLOW.

I love this little place! Its so cute, quaint and a little bit rustic. Being an older hotel in Monterey, they've kept it impeccably clean and home-like feeling with their own unique qualities. Definitely a bargin for where I have stayed on the Penninsula in the past. How could I have missed this before?

I wish the pool wouldve been opened but overall the room was clean and the staff friendly. I would stay here again. Its not too far from the wharf and a great price

I very much enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very kind and attentive and the room was very clean and spacious. We looked around for about an hour and they had the best rates in town. Completely worth the money

I love this place. It's quiet and your own private patio. No a/c but they do have big fans in each room. Friendly managers and employees. Will be going back again.

The lady who works Dec 25, 2016 5:19pm is really awesome. This is one of the best hotel we have been. The hotel is really cheap and In my opinion this hotel should be 3star or more? We only stay for one night as our primary location is Big Sur. Will come back here for sure.

Great Service, Clean Rooms, and the Price is amazing. Close to everything. You can see the beach off in the distance from the parking lot.

This place is tremendous value for the price. Very well furnished rooms and facilities, good location and friendly staff. Twenty minute walk down to the Wharf and surrounding area. Total steal for the price.

It was more than I expected. Very clean. Managers were very nice and helpful. Nice patio.Beautiful pool was not open yet.Next time hopefully!!!
