I came here for lunch today. They have an all you can eat Buffett. It was filled with my favorites: chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, and tandoori chicken. There was also plenty of veggie options such as egg plant masala, Chana masala, and tandoori vegetables. There were plenty of sauces: tamarind chutney, mint chutney. They had a few craft beers on draft as you can see on the menu and my wife enjoyed a mango lassi. The food and service was delicious!!!

We will definitely make another stop by here during our visit to Monterey.

The lunch buffet was some of the best Indian cuisine I have had.  There was a wide variety of options to choose from, including vegetarian. The sauces were thick and flavorful.  Naan were fresh and seemed to be prepared to order. The on-street parking made it tough to get a spot.

A solid Indian food restaurant in a popular area of Monterey. The dining area is on the small side but we didn't have to wait on a Sunday evening. The service was a bit on the slow side, but the food was good and made up for the wait. The butter chicken was flavorful and my wife told me the Tikka Masala was some of the best she had ever had. Prices are on par with other restaurants in this part of town.

Wonderful spot to grab a quick bite. This buffet features a dynamic menu and always a daily dessert. The warm atmosphere is perfect for an office lunch, family dinner, or casual date. They also recognize military members with discount.

The chef adapted to our requests with a joyous laugh, and presented us with a fresh and delicious Indian Cuisine tasting complex and immediate.

I have only ever tasted something equal to this in the leading restaurant in Goa, India.

The portions are the correct size and the service is witty and accurate.

Wish I had taken a picture but didn't. I had the Lamb Curry with Avocado Raita. What a beautiful blend of spices and the Lamb was so tender I could almost cut it with my fork. The service is very friendly yet not as attentive as some places, but I kind of enjoyed it. They didn't interrupt my dinner yet they were happy to assist if I needed anything.

Awesome experience! Probably one of the best indian food I have tasted in long time. Both food and service was excellent. One thing I liked was that chef actually came out to greet his clients and asked for feedback. I definitely recommend this place. Good work guys, keep it up!

Always a great meal at my favorite Indian restaurants in Monterey (and Carmel). Consistently awesome service, wonderful flavors, and the best buffet in town. The Chana masala and crispy okra are some of the best I’ve ever had!

What a wonderful experience! We got to the restaurant as the buffet was being laid out. Everything was so fresh and amazing. The wait-staff was friendly and attentive. And I loved that I could bring my dog because of their outdoor seating. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Went here for lunch on a whim while we were passing by headed to a different restaurant. The menu was limited, but the food was really good! The butter chicken was nice, but what I really liked was the other chicken curry they had. The mixed dal was also soectacspec! I had wuite a bit of it with the basmati rice. They had some roasted vegetables too, not an Indian dish at all, and didn't seem that appetizing. The vegetable pakoras seemed really good, but I didn't try them coz calories. There were some good chickpeas in the appetizer area, which went amazingly well with the tamarind sauce there. There was also a really good mango chutney which I only discovered after I was too full. The naan they got to the table looked really good too, but I ordered a tandoori roti off the menu to be a little healthy. We expected them to keep refilling the naan, but we had had to tell them every time we wanted more. The service was pretty quick though, probably because it was at about 2pm and there weren't that many people there. It was also happy hours so my friends got masala chais. The dessert, kheer for the day, was just okay though.

Best Indian buffet very fresh food, hot fluffy and delicious naan bread delivered to each table. Buffet dishes are high quality and innovative adding exciting additions to the usual favorites.

I'm a big fan of indian food. So my review might be a bit biassed. But I honestly if you've never had indian food before. Just give it a try ! You'll definitely fall in love with it. About the place, the decoration and theme is indian. The service is good. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. I definetly suggest this place to people who want to discover something new or want to get indian food in the area.

Probably the best Indian food I have ever had. The main dishes we had were awesome and then there was the naan bread - there were so many different kinds, we ordered them all and loved each one!

Truly fantastic food. Great depth of flavour, agree it beats anything on Brick Lane in London. Chef and team were very happy and so eager to help. Wish it was in the UK so i could go every week.

Excellent Indian food- you have to try the Tikka Masala sauce. The restaurant may look empty from the front but there is another room in the back where more people sit. Great food, service and atmosphere. Nice addition to Alvarado street

Really good food. There are very few good Indian restaurants in the Monterey area. Tried their buffet as well. Both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes are really good.

Wonderful indian restaurant. Interior is lovely and the kitchen is fairly open so you can see some action if you're facing it. Food was good. Waitresses is very nice
