I had a very good experience at Sound Credit Union. I went in yesterday after years of not having any kind of bank account I decided maybe it’s time to open a new account. I only waited in the lobby for about 5 mins for an open banker. She was super friendly knowledgeable and 25 mins later I walked out a proud new member. I wish I could remember her name but if you happen to read this ( we had a conversation about reviews lol) Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Decided to switch my checking from a big bank over to a credit union. Wendi from the 36th Pacific Ave branch was very friendly and offered great customer service. I look forward to my future banking needs!! Plus I received my debit card on the spot and even got a Sound Credit union reusable shopping bag.

I've been with Sound CU for several years now and this is by far the best branch. I arrived close before closing and it seemed all the tellers were closing up, but they consistently helped all customers until their closing time. Super friendly and helpful.

I have had an account with Sound for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. My boyfriend tried opening an account online but had trouble doing it so he went into this branch and Wendi was very helpful in getting him all set up.

38th Street Branch is Solid!!! I was applying for a loan and needed some important information from my business account. I was literally within seconds of missing a deadline. After going round in round with the call center - for MY information, I called my local 38th Street branch for help. Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional and gave me exactly what I needed - within seconds! Love this Branch.

My family has been with them for some time. Any issues that may arise they have dealt with them. Me and my husband had charges on our account that we didn't make. They recovered our money quickly

I've been a member since 2009. I have nothing but good to say about them. I'm glad to be a member. They have had my back and helped me at times when other Banks wouldn't have. They are there for the members.
