James Lucas is the best. I was having a horrible day and it was with his humor and his great attitude while serving me that made the experience great! He as well as the chipotle team at this site are nice, easy to work with, and efficient as well as proactive! It’s my third time coming back and won’t be my last!

A line when I arrived but got moving quickly. Someone was clearly being trained on the line but was doing her best and was very polite. Trainer thanked me for my patience but I didn’t really need to be patient as they were all moving quickly. I didn’t look around much but it seemed to be running very well, food was hot and fresh.

Best chipotle experience I've ever had! They were very generous with the portions, the restaurant was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Who ever trained the staff for this chipotle should be given some recognition! Every single staff member I saw had a genuine smile on their face and both of the staff members I interacted with actually cared about me as a customer. After being pleasantly surprised by their kindness and positive attitude I was barely aware of the busy parking lot outside. If you're in the area and have a choice between the chipotle at the mall and the one on Munras, Munras is the way to go!

This Chipotle is a lot quieter than the one in Seaside. It is also a bit smaller. The food is standard Chipotle fair, and if you are an avid customer to the franchise, you won't be disappointed. If you've never been to a Chipotle, and you are in downtown Monterey looking for a quick healthy bite, this is a good place to go.

This is quite literally the very best Chipotle I have EVER been to. The give out generous portions, their staff are friendly, the dining room/tables are clean and there's much less of a rushed atmosphere that you may get at Del Monte or other shops. This Chipotle's location amounts to less foot traffic, but its proximity to the mass transit center across the street and Trader Joe's makes it a nice stop to grab a bite to eat during any adventures in downtown Monterey.

I highly recommend giving it a try, they have yet to disappoint me and I've been going there on and off for a few years now.

Tight parking lot but nice clean Chipotle with smiling service and good portions. I'm from out of town and needed something familiar. They hit the spot. I think they had some special needs employees...so...bonus they are kind peeps too!

Food was amazing! Fresh and delicious. The steak was tender. Highly recommend!

This is my absolute favorite spot to eat if it’s 2 hours away I will still go and drive out of my way to eat there! I highly recommend chipotle! I hope all the Tourist and locals will eat here all the time like me!

I recently tried the Barbacoa Quesodilla and I was surprised, not only was it delicious, it was quite filling. This is going on my favorites list in the App.

Best Chipotle Staff I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. There is always a smile and good word from them when I come in. I have seen them make people's day just by being friendly and attentive.

This great little restaurant is a hub of activity and a delight to visit. The staff treat customers like gold and the food is great!

Out of all the chipotle that we have been too, this is the first chipotle that we ate and everything was just so fresh. Loved it!

Fresh fast food. Vegetable bowl minus sofritas. Add guac (no extra charge if you skip sofritas.) Yum. Quick and tasty.

Establishment was clean and safe. Staff was helpful and concerned. Food was very good and ample and well served.

These guys were terrific. I arrived 5 minutes before closing, two people in front of me, and they said no problem.
