T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I went into this location after my birthday passing Sunday July 16 an my whole weekend going down hill, but to end it all my phone ruined. I went into the store a was immediately greeted an it took them less than 20 minutes to assist others there before me.
I was assisted by Julisa the store Manager, she was the greatest, I’ve never in my life been somewhere they were so helpful an well knowledge. She actually assisted me how I wanted by breaking everything down for me an helping to understand what I’d be paying.
Thanks so much for the experience an I will be back here if I even have any other problems in the future.

By the way I walked out with my New IPhone and Apple Watch I was well satisfied, So I left out overly happy even after my weekend went to hell .

I got to the store close to closing time and there were several other people waiting. Both employees were absolute rock stars! They helped everyone as quickly as they could and stayed after closing. I am terrible at remembering names but i think it was Ivan and Julia ??? If im wrong im sorry you both need a raise and a paid vacation THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

Deeply informative and kind! I was able to get in, get a whole new phone plan and walk out with many deals and the understanding of where my money is going under my belt.

I visited this store while on vacation. Called ahead and was greeted by Nedy who encouraged me to stop in and get my Mom’s phone switched over as she had a new one. Nedy even went out of his way to put the screensaver on the phone and pair it with my mom’s Apple Watch. I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommend this store. Team members like Nedy make it a great place to do business.

Itzel was our in-store expert and she was able to bridge the gap between Sprint issues and switching to T-Mobile. The store was busy, and the employees were doing a great job helping everyone. The merge has been chaotic, but she made sense of it and fixed our problems. Highly recommend!

Every trip here is one of great accomplishment, especially in a very high speed field of cellular service. It was with sad joy that's heard D had moved on to the next step but with much encouragement I wish him well and unending success. Don't forget to show the love to the T-Mobile team members holding it down. One

Had a terrible experience with the costumer care guys and their supervisors. They messed up my order and they did a terrible mistake by cancelling it. They wanted to make me wait another month and a half to receive my phone.

Luckily i came to t-mobile store at del monte shopping center and Keisha did excellent job helping me solve the problem. now i’m expecting to be getting the phone in 2-3 days.
