This place is a gem. They are a well-stocked pharmacy with lovely decor and a unique atmosphere. The best feature of all is their personal touch. They value their customers and are quite helpful. They have many medical supplies as well as their pharmacy. The selection of gifts is great, nice quality. The whole business is top-notch. I am impressed!

Extremely nice people that are very helpful. Pharmacy is excellent with transfers and mailing out my prescriptions while my location is out of town.

Star Pharmacy has all of conveniences you would expect to find in a pharmacy three times it's size. The only difference is the staff. Everyone that works here, from the pharmacists to the cashiers, are extremely helpful, extremely personable without
being intrusive and extremely knowledgeable.
I would definitely give them more than 5 stars if possible.

This is a wonderful, awesome Pharmacy!! I was using CVS for years, but they wouldn't accommodate one simple simple request for me. So I luckily came here and Russ immediately took care of it!!

My favorite place to shop. No long lines to get a prescription, lots of fun stuff available for gifts and personal needs.
The staff is friendly and attentive. And they don't "hover ". I can look around without being bugged. 😊

Star Pharmacy is a standing reminder that family businesses still exist. Russ & Janet Osterello are kind and helpful. The store is loaded with durable medical equipment and most things you would find in a pharmacy. More importantly the store carries a lot of local brands that you would have to drive all the way to Monterey to get. Fast, easy to park coupled with great service and cool products will keep me coming back.

I miss the old store that’s been there forever but the new place is great!
I live in Freedom and rather drive to Salinas than deal with CVS or Walgreens.
These guys are great never any BS like the other big pharmacies and there quick, your in and out!

Very friendly and curtious staff. Explained medications and hope to transfer all my meds here from Walmart asap. They are working on getting an app service up too

Great pharmacy and more!! They feature a juice/beverage bar, a beauty bar, and locally made products from the Monterey Bay area. A real find!!
