Carol was amazing!! She guided me through the process of upgrading my phone and picking all the best accessories. She was so helpful and kind, I enjoyed every moment of my visit to this store. Thank you so much again!!

I drove down from San Mateo to get my mother an iPhone 14 and accessories for both phones. Christina assisted my mother with also connecting her iwatch. She was very kind and attentive. My parents are over 65 years of age & Christina showed a great amount of patience. She was also very quick with answering all of our questions.

I recently went to this location for the first time. I got helped by Nick & he was the nicest! Best customer service I've ever gotten at an AT&T. He answered every question I had & even put my screen protector on my new phone for me. I'll be coming to this location from now on. It's so nice & clean too! Thank you so much Nick! :)
