Best Buy

This was the fastest, most efficient in-store pickup experience I've ever had at a Best Buy. Employees that aren't busy are quick to help you out so you don't have to wait. This store in particular typically has more stock than other nearby stores, so it's a great option if you're trying to find harder to nab items.

I would live here if I could to be honest. I would get the elite plus status asap after getting the credit card. 6% cash back at the place I spend the most $. Why not right. Love it.

Much better than the Marina Best Buy. This one has stuff in stock and people actually ask if you need help.

I have been putting off getting a new laptop for months due to not knowing a thing about computers. Jose Serrato at the Salinas Best Buy was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient and answered all of my questions as well as being professional and has a very eager to please attitude. I wouldn't have put it off as long as I did if I new I would receive the outstanding customer service that Jose gave me.

The greeter at the door was super nice and had good info for me and directed me well. Ricardo at The geek squad desk was awesome and I had a terrific experience while I was there. My computer is getting fixed at an awesome rate. Thanks for all your help and hopefully I get my computer back in a few hours.

Total tech membership has been made an even better deal once you're a total tech member everything that I know of you buy that is electronic you automatically get a 2-year extended warranty you can also bring in your computer anytime to the computer desk they will do simple things with it or they will build you a computer with all the parts you bring them or change out your parts no charge. The picture is of the computer one of five but they have been building and maintaining and changing parts whenever we want for over 5 years

Great and easy location. Plenty of parking and the service was great.

Just bought a Samsung 4k 65" Smart TV with 260hz (fps).
Daniel, one of their TV experts, helped me out so well and got me the right TV to game on my next gen Xbox Series X!

5 stars easy!

Got there with 10 minutes to spare before closing. Couldn't find the TV I found online for a great deal. Asked a really tall young man and he knew exactly where they store the cheaper TV's out of customer sight (in the back corner of top of highest shelves). In and out within 6 minutes, everyone was nice and helped me get out of there real fast.

A sales advisor named Daniel helped me pick out a really nice gift for my friend. I ended up buying a monitor and a animal crossing switch. He explained everything well and told me what goes well with my friends setup. Left happy.

I went there to get the Fortnite Galaxy skin on a Samsung Note 9 and it worked sooo 5 stars!!!!!! Oh and thank you for the staff for letting me use their phones on display!

Well stocked clean store with excellent customer service. The Geek squad staff was able to diagnose my broken my desktop computer. The knowledgeable and skilled staff repaired my computer with the necessary parts they had in stock and bring it back my computer back to life quickly in just a few days.

Sometimes I go here just to look at all the new tech.

I love best buy. Whether it's in Salinas or seaside, etc. I get treated with respect at this store. Always clean and organized.
I pick this store to get certain electronics over Target and other stores any day. Me and my boyfriend come here a lot and love the service.

The lady named Ashleigh helped me and my cousin out with buying a new phone and gave us great customer service ☺☺she started great conversations with us and made our experience very fun after me and my cousin had a long hard busy day at work 😁😁thank you Ashleigh!! Well be back!!
