Starbucks

I have been using the drive thru on John St. In Salinas and it is a well run franchise. The servers are nice, and the coffee was correct. I have not entered the always tenuous Starbucks bathroom here, but I'm confident it's fine. Coffee outside of the home is exorbitantly expensive compared to home, but dropping $6.25 for a non alcoholic beverage with tip makes the coffee at ho.e taste that much better. Seriously, I buy and make great coffee with a French press, but yet, I'm not here to review me now; Am I 😉

Organized and fast!
Busy spot so they will run out of stuff. One way to find out if they have what you want is to check on their app.
They have a drive-thru and a mobile order pickup station with public restrooms and outside seating area.
A great hotel next to it as well 👍🏼

Clean and very warm staff! Love the store vision - Be Welcoming, Be Kind. As usual great beverages and we also found the washrooms to be clean.

There's drive in as well as indoor seating.

Out of all the Starbucks in town this place has the most friendly ladies to wait on you they're very fast they always get the orders right and I highly recommend it to drive through. I go there at least twice a week and have something to eat and drink from the drive-thru and it's always perfect .June Hawes

Always come here today though 1/29/19 I messed up and forgot to ask for decaf caramel macchiato went back and they were so polite and fixed it for me told them it was my fault they said no problem and took care of for me I tipped them felt nice they didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time awesome job to the drive thru gentlemen the wait isn't too long and they always have customers great atmosphere

This is my favorite Starbucks in town.Have never had a negative experience so far. The staff is always extremely kind and highly experienced. You are in and out.

This place is usually a busy spot regardless of going inside of the store or going through the drive-thru. But the kind of service and speed of service is top notch! They get you in and out quickly. The staff is super friendly and on top of their game. The store is always clean and organized. Definitely a good location that I'll frequent in the near future. This location definitely deserves your business!

They had a board with drinks of the week and i tried the strawberry acai with heavy cream and vanilla bean powder and it was delicious!

I love this Starbucks cuz it's such a great location as far as the surface was great the only thing I did not like was the banana nut bread wrapped in a clear plastic bag I did not like that

Vanilla bean w/extra drizzle of caramel on the cup. A slice of banana nut bread, heated up and with 3 butters yummy. Up to date 11/14/2022 around noon time, I had went through the drive-thru & i ordered me a lemon bread loaf. I received great customer service & there was no long line... thank's Starbucks for the great service....

The place was clean and you could tell, the employees are very friendly and helpful. Purchased two frappes the service was excellent and my order was done promptly. Overall the experience was delightful, glad I stop by.

Been doing Doordash all day and a customer gave me a tip so I though I would treat myself and take a Starbucks break, I went inside to order, as soon as I walked in the barista was very nice and greeting. Took my order and I asked for a bagel but I noticed I didn’t have enough for my drink and my bagel. So I decided to cancel my bagel. When to the restroom, then came back to the front to wait for my drink, when they called for my drink the barista Oliver gave me the bagel and said it’s on the house, honestly it’s been one of the nicest thing someone has done for me, been going through a lot lately. That this simple act of kindness made me cry and made my whole day, Thank you so much Oliver, we definitely need more people like you in the customer service industry. Please don’t ever change, just know that simple act of kindness can do so much in someone life!! Once again thank you Oliver from Starbucks 💖

Due to the pandemic, most places are now closed (again) for inside orders or seating. Due to no inside orders, the drive thru line was quite long! Despite being so busy, the line moved at a steady pace, and the employees were handling the large amount of staff swiftly to keep the flow going. My wrap and frappuccino were great!

I order before work. Coffee is ready before the estimated time given and they have it prepped with sleeves AND toppers!!! Y'all are awesome!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
