Ayres Hotel Seal Beach

The hotel is centrally located between LA & Orange County; it’s close to different attractions and theme parks.
It’s a walking distance to shopping centers and some amazing restaurants.
The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff were accommodating and attentive.
The breakfast was really good and offered delicious food with variety of food options.
My family loved it & we Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent size. Hotel itself is clean, cute and has a ton of things surrounding it. I will be back when visiting Seal Beach.

This is a nice little botique hotel with breakfast provided. The quality of the food served was a definite notch above the leading chains. Staff was more friendly than I normally find at hotels. They proactively check in with you over text messages, which was nice. Location is by a freeway, but there are a good selection of restaraunts within walking distance.

Truly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was in a great safe area. The rooms were great & very cozy. The bed and pillows were way more comfortable than other hotels i’ve stayed at! The breakfast was amazing and everything was cooked fresh. The staff was friendly and the house keeping was on point. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to family & friends!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the area was nice, walkable distance to a few restaurants, felt safe the whole time, their staff was very nice and accommodating, they constantly checked in with me to see if there's anything they could help with. The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant was decent, way better than other hotels that say they have continental breakfast but in reality all they have is pastries, this hotel has actual breakfast options. We had to leave a day earlier unfortunately due to the hurricane, and they were very flexible and allowed us to check out a day early with no problem, and refunded that night we didn't use. I will definitely stay with them in the future.

Spent one night after attending a wedding ! Great friendly professional staff. Plenty of handicap parking spots. Breakfast bar had fresh salsa. Complimentary water or coffee near the check-in counter. To-go containers available for your convenience. Pool area opens at 8am. Decent gym for a traveling workout.

Great service. The rooms were clean, spacious and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was well above average compared to standard complimentary breakfasts. Quiet at night with very comfortable beds. I will stay here again if I’m in the area without hesitation.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms, breakfast was great. I've never swam in a more perfectly temped swimming pool before. It's not over chlorinated, either. Zero complaints, highly recommend. Oh, another thing, it's amazing how quiet our room was, considering we were right at the freeway. That's a first for us.

Great places to eat around. Grocery options. Beach is 4 miles away. Outdoor pool & hot tub are great!

This place was amazing. Absolutely loved staying here. The customer service at the feont desk was great, I can't remember the ladies name that helped me, but she was amazing, and so was the woman making the free breakfast, I think she was the supervisor. The whole time I was there I saw the housekeepers cleaning everything and rooms. My room was clean and made up perfectly. 100% nosie free and dark room with no light coming in unless you want it to. They had a very nice little gym with a pretty good choice of equipment.
Next time I stay in this area, I'm making my way here.
Across the street, there was a great hibachi place for dinner and a 5 minute walk down the road there was shopping.
Im from Las Vegas and seen great, good and bad places to stay and this is with in my top 3 greatest.

The Ayres in Seal Beach is, simply put, affordable luxury. The staff at the front desk were very professional and accommodating. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were always delicious and we particularly enjoyed the lady who supervised breakfast "Belinda" I think, was her name. The well maintained landscaping and the pool / patio area all made for a quiet, comfortable oasis. Thanks to all the professionals at Ayres for helping to make our vacation to Southern California such a pleasant experience. See you next year!!

Very, very clean and quiet. Housekeeping constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. Rooms are super nice, newly remodeled. Breakfast served daily is also very nice. All stall are friendly and eager to serve. Very positive stay over.

Beautiful little hotel. Plenty of parking, well lit all around. Roomy and so convenient. Next to everything-Shopping, drugstore, gas, restaurants, beach (10 minutes). Beautiful lobby and quick customer service. I needed to request linens for the pull out couch for the kiddo and they sent it right over. Free breakfast with cook on site with option of indoor dining or patio dining. The carpet could probably use a good steam clean, but I imagine the foot traffic from their pool and the nearby beach makes it hard to maintain. Overall, a great stay and would love to stay here again.

I didn't stay here but went to visit an employee. Compared to the hotel they used to work in this place is really an upgrade. Very nice area, decor and in-house security which is needed for some occasions in a hotel in my opinion.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The staff were so friendly, the workout room was clean and had lots of options! The rooms were large, well-maintained, and quiet!

Just be aware, for the beds, they use a spring mattress so it's SUPER bouncy. The air conditioning unit is pretty quiet. Also, breakfast is included and they were a little slow getting food out and ready for guests, but there is a lovely outdoor area to eat and relax!

We'll definitely use this location again!

The experience at Ayers was great. The staff was excellent specially at the front desk. Special thanks to Kasia, she was very attentive and friendly. She recommended some local places and made us gay guys feel welcome.

Front desk staff amazing. Completely helped us with our parking situation. We hauled our Harley with us.

This was a great hotel. It's clean, in a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and right off of the interstate. The airport is also close by. Breakfast was excellent. Jose, the chef, made some delicious eggs, and he was very nice, respectful, and friendly. This was the best breakfast I had ever had at an hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel when I return to Long Beach.
