AT&T Store

Super friendly crew and amazing customer service. The store was very clean and I highly recommend this store, had one of the best experiences buying what I wanted and receiving it within a reasonable time frame. Good job to this crew.

Took the dare to switch from Samsung to iPhone 15...

The transfer was 100% successful the photos, contacts downloads all happened seamless.

When I had some issues with an app (Facebook) not getting set up. They took the time to do some magic fingers -- and bingo we're up and running.

So got an iPhone 15 for my wife too!

Thank god for new management at this store, Jenny is amazing. Made sure her employees were giving me accurate info and walked out feeling taken care of. This is the only ATT i will be visiting moving forward!

The team here is great! The manager, Jenny, especially was so kind and patient with my whole family and me. I'm only coming to this location from now on!

Our representative, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable about the new IPhone 15. We traded in our old phones and ordered 2 15 pro plus. Steve helped us pick out cases and accessories too. When we receive our new phones, I feel confident we can stop in to the store and have data transferred over if we need help.

Jenny helped me figure out some phone problems. She was so kind and patient. 100% recommend

Evelyn is excellent at customer service and very knowledgeable of the promotions available in-store. I saw her multi-tasking and trying to keep all costumers happy, even while training a new sales representative. I have been coming to this store for many years and I always get great service. They are willing to fix problems & are patient about it. This is my preferred AT&T store for all of my cell phone needs.

Came into this store to upgrade my moms phone for Christmas. I was instantly greeted and welcomed which was nice! Steven made the experience and transaction very smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades and any ATT needs!

I came in when traffic to store was light. I only had one person ahead of me. Ironically, what most of would complain about— a long wait— is what I realized was a benefit here.

Don’t get me wrong, they were very understaffed that day, only a manager named Steven and one additional sales person were on the floor. Steven could be seen trying to juggle assisting the one person ahead of me and getting extra coverage.

I waited 40 minutes before I was called by Steven. This alone had me frustrated. At first.

I come to find out that they had zero inventory of what I needed. So yes after a long wait to be assisted, it was the last thing I wanted to hear from Steven. Second frustration.

Steven apologized for it. I know in the end it was not his fault, and I appreciated his sincerity.

So this is why I absolutely have no reservation giving this AT&T store 5 stars. Steven could obviously see I was not happy. I mentioned that I really didn’t wish nor have the time to shop around other stores to see if a store had what I was looking for. So he instead proposed if I didn’t mind waiting a week and getting the products delivered. Yes, solution #1!

I casually mentioned a car accessory I might need. He quickly rushed to their selection and gave me a recommendation explaining the varied pros and cons. Yes, yes solution #2!

As I was standing there, I told him my concern over how strenuous carrying a large phone is on my hands. With his “No problem, let’s see what we can do about that” attitude. He again went over with me varying products. One which I had never seen. Sold Steven! Solution #3.

Steven spent a good 45 minutes with me. And that is what causes a ripple effect for delays- he has trained his employees to treat every single customer as if they deserve your undivided attention. He listens, cares about your needs, and gives you options. This is why I walked away releasing my frustration with a 40 minute delay.

Now mind you about 5 different sets of parties came in after me. & Thankfully Steven got one extra coverage to walk in by the end of our transaction.

I think Corporate should have a keen eye on what Steven is doing. As such, he should not be overlooked for rising up his leadership ranks.

Very helpful staff! The punctuation and diligence of the employees is the best out of every AT&T store I’ve been to. Even the new hire Ryan was super helpful when it came to breaking down prices and expectations. I usually hate dealing with salesmen because how untrustworthy some can be, but I had all my expectations met at Seal Beach

Julian was great help and worked out issues on my phone.

Wes is such asset to the Seal Beach AT&T store. He was very knowledgeable, took time in explaining everything. Thank you so very much!!! The Manager was also making sure that I was satisfied. I will only go back to this AT&T store because of Wes and the Manager. Please give Wes the recognition that he rightfully deserves. Thank you again!
