My friend and I stopped in on our bike ride to have a little drink. The Golden Latte (work oat milk) was really good and had just the right amount of turmeric for a really wonderful flavor without being overly powerful. The two baristas were friendly and timely. Will definitely be coming here again.

Lavender Oatmilk latte $8ish. Wonderful staff and atmosphere playing cool vinyl. Outside has some seating and ample 2hour street parking. Good wifi for studying but I wish they had more plugs for the community table because sometimes you want to sit in the sunlight.

It was my first time visiting this place per a recommendation. It was niceeeee. I loved the ambiance. I could definitely sit there for hours doing my homework. The staff was super friendly and he answered all of my pressing questions. I got the ube latte with a shot of expresso. He described it as having a taste similar to fruit loops and he was right in the best possible way. I was a big fan and will definitely come back with more friends. Peep my pretty drink as well. Great for all you food pic fiends 😋.

Bottom line - they make a good cup of coffee, the best we’ve had in Monterey so far. The interior is spacious, and it’s a good place to hunker down and crank out some work for an afternoon. The interior theme is a bit… witchy - lots of crystals and random religious items, so be aware if that’s not your thing. At the end of the day, if you’re in need of some solid Java - this is your spot.

First time here and can’t express how welcoming this coffee shop is. We walked in and the employee was by herself and let us know it would be a little wait witch wasn’t a problem for my friend and I.
I ordered a latte made with oat milk and vanilla syrup, SO GOOD!!! Also grabbed an almond croissant and it was so tasty!
The employee that was working did come by to change the music and asked how everything was. They even have a book suggested when you walk in.
Keep up the amazing job!!! I will be stopping here a lot more often since it’s a 5 minute walk from me, very convenient! 😊

Unique coffee shop. Latte's are on point. Perfectly textured milk and delicious espresso. First time I went, there were croissants and they were fantastic but on my most recent visit, there weren't any pastries.

This place is so cool and great vibe and they also have a wine and beer type of a situation so there's really a lot of options here.
It is huge inside and the temperature on a hot day is nice and cool!
Some really interesting little things for sale and the decor is absolutely amazing.They even sell some books.
One of my favorite things about this place is the bathroom. It is very chic and spacious and clean. Whoever opened this place up really cares about their customers.
They have very many seating options here which I really like, you can sit on a sofa or a chair or a hard back chair or on a bench so if you need different seating accommodations they have it.
I really appreciate the cleanliness.
They also have I think three different little outdoor spaces you can also sit in 💜
I give this place my highest recommendation and a 5-star rating this is certainly a coffee shop that is very much needed in the Monterey area.

really liked the place very old school type coffee shop....you can choose the music u want to hear on an LP player ( Record Player )... i give it two thumbs up....

Hot tasty coffee made in real cup. Great variety..finally got a good flat white. Place has a great vibe and pleasant service.

Really good coffee is available here in a nice environment. Toast with avocado topping can be tried. Music system used here is praiseworthy.

Super awesome space. Good vibes. Nice dudes behind the counter. Delicious coffee, and the gluten free coffee cake was super moist and delicious. Plus there's free 2 hr curbside parking. Definitely a place to come back to.

I really wanted to check out local coffee shops while I was in town and I really liked this place. Total coffee house vibe with lounge area seating, bar stool seating, and great music playing. They have an immense vinyl collection but please ask, and they will play your request. The coffee was delicious and the girl who helped us was very knowledgeable. They also sell alcohol. Some you can purchase straight from their fridge who have served to you.

Very warm and welcoming coffee shop. The flat white with oat milk was a first and it wasn’t bad. Yes to Counterpoint Coffee. Maybe on the oat milk.

Max has created a great space on Broadway/Obama Way in Seaside to enjoy the movement of the day. Coffee to get you going, cool beverages later to wrap it up. Great music from vinyl recordings match the mood, and plans to expand the back deck will keep it growing.

Wonderful espresso .. incredibly comfortable chairs … a real turn table with music ranging from jazz to Brazilian to country to classical guitar and lovely sound. This is the real deal ., a place that invites people to go solo or gather together and seek shelter from the ordinary …a place to feel “a part of beauty”. And the baristas are excellent with one person named Sophia who rises above like the masterful foam she creates.
