Unofficial secret dog park of Alamitos Heights for running dogs. The city frowns on off leash dog running, but this park has no houses around it, no roads around it, no heavy use by kids or bikers around it, and is surrounded by water, so the residents of Alamitos Heights come here late afternoons to run their dogs and let them play. Parking is very limited so most people walk down the hill using the bike path and nice sidewalks. This is Long Beach Marina Land, so thank the boaters that pay HUGE fees for the slips and this park. Do not tell non-local crazies with badly behaved dogs about this park, we want to keep it nice and safe.🤫🤫🤫

Nice quiet park over looking the marina! Public and private parking lot for boat owners! Wide open field great for flying R/C helicopters, drones, and air planes! Nice place to play fetch with your dog, plenty of trash cans and doggy bag dispensers.
Romantic benches near the rocks with a beautiful view of the water!

Nice park off the grid. No restrooms, not enough trash cans, and not enough watering. Great views, and almost no one knows about it. Limited parking for the public. Great marina! Secure dock and parking, nice restrooms, laundry, and mail I think.
