They were friendly and got 3 hemmed dresses back to me in 1 week, but charged me $22 more than originally quoted, and only 1 of the 3 dresses was altered properly. One dress was completely ruined. Disappointed. I recommend taking your alterations elsewhere.

UPDATE: They were not able to fix the two dresses that were improperly altered, but did give me back $25 to cover what I spent on the dress that was hemmed way too short and unevenly, which I really appreciated!

I took in a pair of shorts to have the zipper replaced. I was told they’d have it by a certain date however when I went to pick it up I was told the seamstress needed to buy the correct zipper. I needed them for that weekend but I didn’t make a fuss. I forgot about them and went to pick them up a month later. I paid $23 for the new zipper. Once I got home I realized the zipper was not changed. It was still busted. My original zipper had a little scuff on it so I knew it was the same one. I went back to let them know what happened and the guy walked away without saying anything. If you’ve ever been here you know it’s oddly quiet. He came back with cash and said nothing. A simple “I apologize not sure what happened” would have made the world of difference. Only time I’ve ever used this establishment.
