I just left the store. I asked the salesman if I could look at leather samples of Hancock and Moore and was promptly shut down. He suggested that everyone comes in the store and wastes his time looking at samples and then orders on the internet. But if I wanted to place an order first, then he would pull out the leather sample book that he keeps hidden. So...... now I'm home...... and looking at the internet! Thank you so much for pointing me in that direction Sir. Needless to say, I won't ever step foot into that establishment again, in spite of it being the closest ( High end ) furniture store to my home.
It's Amazing to me that a top end manufacturer like Hancock and Moore would continue to allow this location to represent their products.
