Taste of Thai

I've been coming here for years and consistently they make my favorite Thai food in town!
Usually get take out but sometimes will sit in, lovely place, great service.

I always get their green curry with chicken when I come up here from San Francisco, it’s my favorite and they do it really well! The eggplant in it is cooked perfectly and they are very accommodating with spice levels if you don’t like too spicy. Crispy spring rolls are good too and a few other things I’ve had are very good but the green curry is my go to. My photos don’t do it justice I know! Got it to go back to Sf , had a few bites in the car

So so good! love the atmosphere! downtown parking is well, downtown parking and a reservation is a good idea. but it is wonderful flavor and dishes!

Really nice restaurant. Was beautiful inside. The service was very nice and fast! The food was absolutely delicious. Had a vegetarian red curry dish and a red curry dish with chicken and peanuts. They were both excellent. Thank you!

We had a birthday party with 23 of us and they were awesome!! The food was amazing and the service impeccable!! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Taste of Thai in Grass Valley and was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food tasted. Having been to Thailand myself, I have high standards for Thai cuisine, and Taste of Thai did not disappoint.

The menu offered a wide variety of options, and I was impressed by the depth of flavor in my dish.

If you're a fan of Thai cuisine, this is a must-visit! Come get your fix!

Lovely Thai restaurant! Plenty of vegan options, but I'd love it if you put together a separate section of everything that can be vegan or vegetarian!

Showed up on a very busy Friday, no reservations: staff was friendly, efficient and the food and overall experience was fantastic. A new favorite destination for us. Well be back soon!

I order food from Taste of Thai at least twice a week and it’s always so unbelievably delicious. The fried rice is so well seasoned, and the pot stickers are amazing. 10/10 for the service as well!

Food, service, Atmosphere are all amazing!! I got the duck breast curry and it was so delicious and such a large serving! A tiny spicy which I love, and super fresh!! This is one of those places where I could honestly eat there every night, and try something new each time, and hav My mind completely blown! Taste of Thai is such an inviting, intimate little restaurant, with the sweetest staff, and the most authentic Thai food around! Definitive five star for us and we will be back very soon!!

I love Taste of Thai. I am Thai born and this is as close as it gets to my Mums Thai food here in the US. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the food stands out compared to any other Thai restaurant I’ve tried in the US! taste of Thai always go above and beyond, so much love for their hard work and kindness. This food was AMAZING. Cooked to perfection, great quality products obvious by the taste, and perfect flavor! Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had! I just wish there was more in it! ;) 😋 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic lunch. We loved our server, Poppy. She really made my birthday celebration with my son.

Small Thai place Downtown grass Valley, Cozy set up for a date night prices are not terrible and the food is pretty good. Due to its small size it’s not as kid friendly as Sopa Thai in Nevada city, Nor does it have as big a menu but the food quality is just as good. It’s not really set up for big groups more of a intimate setting, If I have one complaint it’s needing to ask for a key to the bathroom, my poor two year old nearly peed her pants waiting to get a key.

My first visit. For lunch. Very nice space, love the rock wall. Super nice waitress. I ordered two dishes I normally wouldn't as I was feeling adventurous. I loved the chicken with peanut sauce. The sauce was scrumptious. Lots of veggies. I wasn't accustomed to the noodle dish I ordered so didn't care for the noodles. They were wet but lots of yummy veges and chicken. So overall, very good!

I absolutely love this place. Out of all the Thai restaurants I've been to around the world this is my favorite! Chicken and peanut sauce is to die for. And their fried rice and curries are incredible. Service is also on top of it and very friendly.
Just a note: During covid they have 15-20 min food pick up only. No dine-in but very clean and Incredibly sanitary during these times. 6 Stars 🌟
