Courtyard by Marriott Cypress Anaheim/Orange County

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Especially, the service at the Bistro was exceptional. A huge shout out to Cynthia at the Bistro for her kindness and service - she was truly amazing and always brightened our day as we got our breakfast.

The hotel is quiet and clean and the rooms are very spacious The front desk is super friendly.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. What sets it apart from the rest is the service. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. Italia and Lima were so kind and helpful. They made sure I found my room, got all of my bags upstairs and even gave me a piece of cake for my toddler who was throwing a fit because of our long trip. I love great customer service.
The rooms were wonderful - fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathrooms were well stocked with wonderful smelling body wash and ample towels.
I would recommend this place to everyone !! The location is nice as well. Convenient to everything.

I wanted to share my great experience with Italia and Katlyn that I encounter during my stay here for Christmas as from the moment I walk in I was greeted right away from Italia and Katlyn.

They were both so friendly, professional and helpful as that is hard to come by these days and with my long day of traveling to arrive at hotel I could of not of ask for a better greeting!

They made me feel welcome and that they were glad that I choose to stay at there hotel.

I highly recommend that anyone that is traveling to Orange or LA county to give them opportunity to earn your business as you will not be disappointed.

Room is very nice, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Breakfast was not included. 6th floor was very decent. Enjoyed the stay. Good location.

Fast check and and easy check out. We came in and left early. It was quiet a d room was comfy

I very seldom post a review of a hotel until after my husband and I checkout. However, in this instance, this review is well deserved. My husband and I noticed how sweet the young lady is at the front desk that check us in, I didn’t catch her name. I also had asked for a bath mat due to the fact that I am disabled and unfortunately the ADA rooms aren’t functional for me or my husband. The manager that I spoke with yesterday, was such a nice lady, she offered to go to Target just to get a bath mat for me. I think I spoke with Atlia. I hope I’m giving the right person the right credit. Also, the gentleman that served my husband and I this morning for breakfast (at the Bistro) were very nice. My husband and I both noticed how fresh everything was. From the coffee to, the fruit, the scone I had, my husband’s breakfast burrito etc. We also noticed that our room had been nicely renovated. I’m sure we will be back in the area.

Italia was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so at home after long day at work. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and I can’t wait to come back every month!

This hotel saved our vacation. It was our first trip to this area and our previous hotel experience was not as expected which left us searching for a another hotel. We called the courtyard Marriott and Mavis went above and beyond. She will be the reason we will come back. Our experience was amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and inviting. I highly recommend.

Desk attendants very friendly and helpful. 24 hour “market place” To get snacks, wine and food when everything else is closed. Cafeteria type grill on premises for food (open certain hours) Rooms have comfortable accommodations, standard amenities . Clean and attentive housekeeping service. Gym & pool accommodations.

Great location with a lot of amenities. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is going through a remodel. We had one of the updated rooms: very nice. There is noise, but it did not start until after 8am.

I wanted to show some great appreciation for Italia, the amazing check-in administrative professional who helped me resolve some issues I had with my check-in. She provided excellent customer service in a very kind and professional manner. She was very diligent with analyzing the situation and provided an an excellent solution for it to be resolved in a efficient manner. There was a very rude individual behind who became frustrated with the minor waiting period and Italia prioritized assisting me without acknowledging the unnecessarily disgruntled individual. Thank you Italia for your amazing service, I really appreciate it. Also, I would like to show appreciation to Jaime who was very kind and courteous in regards to my check-out process as well. Thank you!

Updating the rooms. Some rooms are under construction. Nice bar area. Friendly staff. The front desk staff was great. Key door electronic entry was a problem. We had to have our keys reprogrammed several times. Easy check out.

Nice larger rooms. Bathroom shower nice, beds and comfortable. No safe in room, behind desk. We had a free breakfast, good selection. Staff nice.

Great experience today (November of 2021). Josue at guest services was able to adjust and work with my reservation to save me a huge headache when I had an unforeseen change of plans. His professionalism and clear technical ability was a massive help and definitely will keep me coming back to stay here. I have had a very positive overall experience, and his help was absolutely the reason why. This hotel clearly has a highly talented staff that ensure a great overall experience.

I had a marvelous experience at this location with my room at 220. Great customer service experience, From the front desk staffing to the housekeeping staffing. They all treated me and my room with excellence 🤩🤩.

I wanna say my visit from April 28th through April 30th was FANTASTIC!!! Our church Community Chapel World Outreach had a women’s retreat and ITALIA ETEUATI was handling my stay with superb expertise. The food was delicious and the breakfast was handled excellently by her male server as well. I think you should make her a manager, if you haven’t because that young lady deserves a promotion and a raise. I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Monarch Beach Dana Point Area, I have travel arranged for lawyers and engineers and they are critically directed to very detailed with their accommodations, and Italia’s excellent care and customer service by far outdoes any staff member I have work with because I’m picky but she is more so, which is why I love her!!! Hip hip Hooray for ITALIA. Better keep this fish for ever or I might bring her down south. Thank you, ITALIA!!!!

Marriott chains never disappoint! Although AC wasn't working in the first room they responded very quick to our call and were very accommodating to get us another room. Even upgraded us to a suite which I didn't ask for but was given for the inconvenience.

Business trip, convenient for supplier I was visiting. Always helpful staff. Clean and tidy, just need to get the second lift working!!
