I visited this store this past week and purchased a few items. A few hours later I had come to realize that I lost my card so I called the store and spoke with a manager who was of no assistance. I later went back to the store where the same manager basically told me the same thing which is that no one turned in a card.

On today I called just to see if it had been found yet and I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman name Ivan who is also a manager he was very pleasant and took my matter very seriously. He watched the cameras and gave me a call back with more information than I had prior to the incident. He still was unable to locate the card but he made me feel as though he cared enough to help me out like my issue was his. This is the definition of true leadership and management because he indeed went over and beyond to make sure he provided customer satisfaction and although I haven’t retrieved my card I can now continue to shop at this store knowing that Ivan has the customers backs! Thank you very kindly Ivan and continue with your exceptional service!

I've always love this store more than any other one I've been to even Stater Brothers I love Smart and Final the reason why is because your checkers and everyone that works there is so helpful friendly and a few that I've known for a couple years I'm disabled no so I don't get out too much but when I do I enjoy my shopping trip I was the one many years ago won the big check of a shopping spree think it was a thousand something dollars yeah I was the one who won it yes I still have photos from that I wish you have another entry again like that to help out others that would be good and as for your chicken hot chicken is the best I have ever had haven't had so long I bought one yesterday and now I'm making sandwiches out of it and then to the carcass on make a homemade chicken noodle soup thank you for being such a wonderful people and working with different groups to teach them skills to work that I noticed the day I was there no other store does that but you keep up the good work and I'm smiling right now thank you for giving me every time a sensational trip to the grocery store I can't say so much for my chair provider but I had a good time your electric scooters go really fast I was surprised I wasn't moving like a turtle thank you Marcy Bates

I go there almost daily. To pick up orders. The morning crew is the best. Always smiling and ready to lend a helping hand to help u find what you are looking for

This place is a good location. There are a lot of different stores and restaurants near the area for side trips.
This location is clean and well organized. Prices are great on some while not as cheap on others.
Not bad selection and choices of items. Great place to buy in bulk if you don't have a Costco membership.
Great place to buy Pomeranian olive oil or grape seed oil compared to other markets.
I was on a side trip so just bought some Yoplait yogurt and Arby's seasoned curly fries.
Customer service was quick and efficient.
I recommend this place for some to most of your grocery shopping.

Been going here a long time. Yesterday I bought some things and left my wallet in the basket, in the parking lot and drove home. Didn't realize it till 5 hours later and return to the store only to be given the great news that someone found it and turned it in. The manager recognized the picture on my ID and kept it safe for me till I return. Just another example of the nice people that work there. Thanks again!

Great place to buy hamburger patties and hotdogs for a baseball tailgate.

Great service!!! The manager, Paul, is one of the friendliest managers I've met. The store is well maintained and they have a good meat selection.

Friendly and well staffed during the day. Opened up 3 registers for a total of 5 when there was a bit a line. Opened up another as I was leaving. Most employees seem to have quite a bit of knowledge about the store & are quick to help when needed. Usually seems understaffed in the evening/early morning or are just a bit reluctant to open registers. Seems like the majority of people are only picking up a few things during these hours so it still goes quickly. Need to watch the prices. Sometimes things are more expensive than a regular grocery store. Dairy & bread are almost always cheaper, just need to check the dates on the bread.

Love the remodle. Great roasted chicken for a good price. Flowers are nice addition. Lacks much in way of body care items but you can go to drug store for that. Great produce prices.

I've been shopping here for a long time, before it became as popular as it is now, it can get busy. Still a great shopping experience.

Best selection of keto products and they have an amazing selection of gourmet cheeses. Also for non keto people check out the frozen aisle for great desserts and ice cream.

I had no idea Smart & Final had a vegetable section like regular grocery stores only better. Some of the produce is actually a larger size than a regular grocery store as well. I purchased a piece of fresh ginger as it was a much bigger piece than I'm accustomed to having available.

Always has my propel sports drink 24 bottle. Great price! Bought almonds in bulk for baking today. Much cheaper and yummy taste.

Shop here at this location often. The produce is fresh and produce area is maintained well. Store has many items that I shop for.Friendly staff. Quick in and out is possible which I appreciate.

I love this store...always courteous..always neat..I left my wallet accidentally got it the next day with money still inside..it's easy no drama good produce good prices..thank god I found it as Ralph's that I went to closed👍👍👍

Always clean, always fresh produce, you name it they have it, and very friendly and helpful employees, and abiding covid-19 regulations. Did I say always cold inside. Brrrrr😜

One of my preferred places to shop during this difficult financial time I’m in. I’m great full that discount grocery stores exist.

Friendly staff, pretty good deal on food and other stuff if you buy in bulk but no need for membership though you can save more with sign up for online coupons

Very clean store. I like the prices. I come to smart and final a lot actually. They carry some stuff that other supermarkets don't.
