I hired Cyrus to help sell my house as my family planned to move across the country with our baby, 6 year old, two pets, and more houseplants than you would expect. We had everything packed up and ready to go, until our POD was delayed and pushed our timeline all out of whack. We ended up canceling our second POD and having to get rid of a TON of stuff right before we left with almost no notice. We would have been completely screwed if it wasn't for Cyrus and Jayme who helped us get the house cleaned out and ready to sell. Cyrus was also answering my questions with helpful advice every step of the way as I prepared for our move, giving me guidance on what to repair, replace, or improve before we left.

Cyrus and his team were outstanding. For my first home purchase I went in thinking it would be difficult. It was the opposite. He was very knowledgeable of the area and got things done quickly and correctly. I recommend using a realtor you can rely on. Cyrus is just that.

Well, where should I start. I am very picky and met various real eastate agents and had interviews with each and I really liked having a first chat with him. He thoroughly discussed what I need for my new house and how he is going to work with me to get the new house. He is very good at communicating and amazed with his commitment to his buyers. He always worked with my schedule and when I wanted to tour the house, he always worked with my schedule. Ahead of house tours, he did market research and advised us what would be expected and set a game plan. He is very knowledgeable on managing house, so he explained what to be expected on each house tour and if I purchase this or that, what would be the risks and that was also very helpful. Yes, we lost some biddings, but considering the crazy housing market when we tried to buy a house, this is nothing we could really control. But Cyrus was always there, and made this thing happened a lot easier than we expected. Now we are enjoying living in a new place and it was great decision to work with him. Highly recommend!

Cyrus is a veteran who understands the obstacles of military life and needs of other veterans. He helped identify many red flags when walking into our first home purchase. I had been working with Cyrus in looking for a new house in a specific area and he was great to work with through out the entire process. I interviewed three realtors before choosing to work with Cyrus. He is professional and I felt he offered the best deal. I am happy with my choice as I had a very good experience selling my home in Tacoma.
In preparing my home to sell, I had received very high bids from a local handy man for paint touch ups and to fix leaky sinks prior to listing. Cyrus's handyman completed them before my house went on the market. Cyrus also had him repaint trim I hadn't noticed was peeling and powerwashed my front stairs and walkway which gave the property a lovely facelift. The listing photos were excellent quality.
My one snag in this selling process was trusting a realtor who presented a contingent offer and promised his clients were listing their house at "fire sale pricing." I accepted their offer and their house was quite slow to sell. Luckily, I received another offer while it was contingent and that sale went through quickly. I learned a lesson to not accept a contingent offer based on a buyer's agent's word. In the future I will ask the price they plan to list and have my realtor run comps in the area to get a more accurate assessment.
Regardless of this snag, I highly recommend Cyrus Bonnet to anyone looking to sell their home in the Tacoma area.

From the photographer taking the AMAZING photos to his assistant answering my random questions when Cyrus wasn’t available. He made the bittersweet process of selling our home so much easier. I started working with Cyrus over 8 months ago to find a house in Tacoma, Washington. Cyrus and his team are knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. Knows the military and his job as a realtor. Cyrus was personable, knowledgeable, well connected with his associates and peers, and trustworthy. We had to leave the state and he handled everything amazingly without missing a deadline. Additionally, someone dumped the waste and recycle containers we left for Tacoma sanitation all over the front lawn, Cyrus cleaned it all up and didn't charge us anything extra even though we insisted he get compensated. Oh, he also sold our house for over $50K above asking price. Cyrus Bonnet is by far the best realtor I have ever seen!
