Went in to upgrade our tires and wheels on our truck. We were helped by Julia which was awesome. She is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. She made sure that our selections fit our truck without any issues and her communication was great. They did great work in the back as well with the setup. Pricing was decent as well. Gotta say, this was definitely a positive experience.

Keefer was super friendly and helpful and went above beyond from helping my husband unload my car from his trailer to finding us the best deals on tires for my husbands two tucks. 10 in total! And got the six tires on our Dually done same days as the alignment on my suv.

Got new tires on my Ford flex today at big o! Keefer was very polite. And even took the time to show us the tires they were putting on. We'll defintley keep going back!

I brought my Porsche Boxster in for an alignment after Les Schwab failed to do it correctly. They were fast and the work was good. The manager told me they would look at it first to make sure they could properly perform the job before charging me for something they couldn't do. Very happy with the work and customer service.

The young man who helped me was very polite, explained to me what was going on took the time to show me the part they were replacing told me what the warranty was. I am happy with my experience. I talked to Tyrel at big O tires and he is a very friendly person. He knows what he is talking about for sure ( and did you know he does the big O commercials on the radio for Elko) he helped me choose the correct lift for my 2017 Toyota. He knows his stuff would highly recommend him!

These guy's were quick to get my vehicle in and dealt with all the problems I needed fixed, easy financing options excellent all around services also when they were done with it and I picked it up they were open to allowing me to drop off my other vehicle right away as well that needs work done on it no problem. This place was AWESOME! My husband was greeted before he ever got into the parking lot! I called ahead to let them know he was coming and they treated him like he was part of the family!! Would recommend them for sure!!

They did a great job installing or deinstalling the airbags from my 2006 Hummer H2 and reinstalling the coil spring conversion

We had a good experience with an oil change and having our tires rotated and balanced. Staff was friendly and found an error with one of the charges and corrected it before we paid.
