Took my bike here for a tune up. Great price , almost half of what REI was going to charge $140) and 30 day warranty if anything needs extra adjustments. The mechanic was honest and didn’t sugar coat anything and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. Overall everyone there was friendly and personable. This is definitely the shop I will be going to in the future and I definitely recommend them to anyone with bike related needs.

Hands down our favorite bike shop. Owners are very friendly, service is great, and the work is done incredibly fast.

They even helped me figure out some issues with my bike caused by the previous owners (poor) building decisions.

Chill service oriented shop with excellent service. I'm stopped by here for the first time today to get some assistance with removing a cog set from my kids damaged wheel. They were able to sort it out in a matter of minutes for a very reasonable cost. They were very helpful and offered some helpful advice. If your looking to get some repair of maintenance done on your bike is give them a try.

Great shop, great service, and great workmanship! I came here after getting turned away at two other shops, to get my breaks fixed. I am glad I did. This will be my new spot for my bike service. They also have a good selection of bikes if your looking to buy one.

Outstanding service. Possibly the friendliest and easiest bike shop to work with in Long Beach right now. Many other shops are turning down repair work because of Covid, but these fellas are going STRONG. Thank you so much for getting my bike dialed in during these hectic times.

These guys are undeniably great. They got my bike up and running VERY quickly, after one of my road bike wheels failed. Happy to see small business succeeding, and will not hesitate going back for service. Thank you guys!

This is by far the bike shop in town, Josh is a wizard when it comes to bikes. He just recently built my SL7 and he did an amazing job, can't stop looking at it. Absolutely love the work he put on this build. I had my previous SL6 Tarmac internal cables organized and installed a new barstem, his work is flush.

The staff is amazing! I was doing the River bike path from Azusa to Long Beach. I had some issue with my front wheel and went in to Urban Cycling for help. I was serviced very quickly, everyone was very friendly and attentive. I would come back anytime im in the area for help or supplies. Highly recommend.

Glad this place opened up! Picked up a CO2 cartridge. Also had him repair my broken spoke- cost$17, took 10 min. Fast friendly service.

Went in for some tubes and tires! They were great. As I walked in I noticed they were extremely busy, but was greeted within seconds of entering. Great customer service.

Good solid hardworking guys here. Quick service, they seem like they can handle anything with your bike. Lots of cool bikes for sale as well.

Never got a bike here yet, but I have dipped in for a couple of accessories. The staff is friendly and the bike tech I spoke with was rather knowledgeable.

i give urban cycling 5 stars i would give 10 if i could went to the bike shop to have work done on my bike high end bike been to other bike shops to fix my bike well they couldn't figure it out it took urban about 2min to figure it out im sold on urban cycle. shop prices are very good very nice owners husband an wife team if i need to buy or have my bikes worked on this is the place to gooooo highly recommend urban cycling

Great shop with friendly service and an awesome mechanic. Look up Josh and Vince and they will treat you right.

Went back today to get my son bike tuned and get new shifter and derailleur replaced.
